The location was good for me as I wanted somewhere nearer to the airport. The housekeeping service from the hotel was excellent, they come every evening to ask if you need anything. The environment was peaceful and enjoyable.

I wasn't happy with the hospitality from the front desk, as they appeared to be distant and somewhat "unfriendly", as if they didn't like their jobs. However, I wrote a feedback to the hotel, and one week later I returned to the hotel for another stay, I must say that they took my feedback very seriously and the attitude from the front desk was excellent.

The property was very clean and the front desk staff extremely kind and helpful.

I wish I could say the same about the breakfast and the restaurant though. The staff working there (especially the lady) was rude, looking so unhappy, not smiling at all (only the older gentleman waiter/server). The food served was as well disappointing. Not up to Marriott hotel standards for sure, or any hotel at all. I don’t understand how it is possible in a country like Romania , with so much fresh produce available , to be serving rotten vegetables and the food served not to be always fresh and in perfect condition. It is something that definately worths upgrading.

I recently stayed at this hotel that exceeded my expectations, especially regarding cleanliness and location. The hotel's location was another highlight. It was conveniently situated just a short walk from a major mall, making it easy to indulge in shopping and dining without the need for transportation. Overall, my stay was delightful, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean and conveniently located place to unwind. The combination of a tidy room and proximity to shopping made it a perfect retreat for my trip!

We had an amazing stay at the Courtyard Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. Everyone was so friendly and eager to help with any request. A special shout-out to the barman, who truly made our evenings memorable with his exceptional service and great recommendations. It’s rare to encounter such genuine hospitality, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the warm and attentive care throughout our stay.

Wish I knew more of the facilities available sooner - but that's my fault not the hotel's.

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a warm, elegant design that made it feel like a home away from home. The facilities were amazing – the pool was gorgeous, the spa was incredibly relaxing, and the food was out of this world. Every meal was a delight! The location was ideal – close to everything but still peaceful and serene. It was the perfect getaway, and I genuinely didn’t want to leave. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Clean rooms, very comfy bed and sheets. The location is superb, right in the business center of Bucharest, next to a shopping Mall. Friendly personnel and a relaxing atmosphere overall. Ordered some room service from the restaurant, and I was pleasantly surprised.

The breakfast was a letdown honestly, very little to choose from. I tried some bitter/stale eggplant spread, and some rancid meat products, frozen dough patisserie, and it seemed like everything is frozen or comes from a can, nothing properly cooked, beside some eggs. After the first day, we stopped going to breakfast. So I wouldn’t recommend adding it to you stay.

Super new, clean and well located. Love the small market downstairs (can buy snacks and drinks, including wine 24/7). Nice outside sitting / smoking areas. Elevators were fast and we got a room on a high floor with a great view (did not make a special request). Room was beautiful and very spacious. No mini bar, but free water and the market makes up for it. Staff was super kind and professional - helped with our bags and very helpful altogether.

Bathroom could be better isolated from bedroom / needs more privacy. The door doesn’t close / lock properly and you can pretty much see through the frosted glass which separates it from the bedroom. Would also like more storage space for toiletries in bathroom - barely any. Bed was a little hard for my taste, but very high quality (I prefer softer mattresses so might be biased). Minibar would be nice.

The hotel is relatively new, built in 2019. The rooms have everything you need. The bed is comfortable though not the best possible mattress, a bit hard for my taste. The breakfast is very good. The stuff is simply amazing. Especially miss Andrada at the reception desk, she provided all the information I needed and was very kind and helpful.

Well, the location is not exactly in the city center, but for me it was quite acceptable. The lack of Spa or pool. There is a gym open 24 hours though.

Very clean and comfortable. Good shower. Loved the coffee machine in the room. Bed was very comfy. Quiet location. Had great sleep despite the jetlag. The cleaner on my floor was great - friendly, courteous and respectful; and she taught me some Romanian words! Location was good - just a short subway ride to the old town.

Watch out for the revolving doors at the entrance - it is very fast!

The room come well-equipped with conveniences like mini-fridge and streaming-capable TV . The fitness center is available and the 24/7 Market and cozy lobby bar add to the convenience . For traveling by car, underground parking is available (around €10–16 per day). Just a short walk from Promenada Mall and within easy reach of the metro (4 stops to Old Town, 2 to Piața Victoriei), it offers seamless access around the city.
