Very spacious. Close to subway station. Access to pool and gym. Convenient area with supermarket and other small shops in the locality Use of whatsapp to communicate (never met a human) Easy check-in with clear instructions. Cot was there and set up ready on arrival for our toddler.

Bedsheets: not fitted and kept coming off No vacuum or indoor broom. Only broom was on balcony which was covered in pigeon poop and did not want to bring in so the floors got dusty and dirty after a few days. Only handsoap at sink provided. No other toiletries. No additional bin bags provided Washing machine but no washing tablets which is not what I have experienced in similar properties.

The location, close to the underground station. Also it’s a big property with a big balcony and it can fit up to 6 people. Our apartment was at a higher floor and the view was a nice one. The neighbourhood is nice and looks safe. It has a grocery store just in front of the building. A room had its own bathroom. The beds were comfortable, the sofa as well.

The property wasn’t clean, it was full of dust. There was also a neighbour that came at our door accusing us of being loud, even that we just spent an hour in the apartment before leaving, and we just walked around, made the bed, put our food in the fridge and had normal casual conversations, without music or partying or things like that. There was no shampoo at the bathrooms and not enough hand soap and toilet paper

I had a wonderful stay in this modern and beautifully designed apartment. It was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was ideal, especially if you're traveling with a car—there's convenient parking and it's just a 10-minute drive from the city center. Plus, there are plenty of little shops and cafes right in the same building, which made it easy to grab a quick bite or essentials. The neighborhood was quiet, making it great for relaxing after a busy day. Overall, a perfect place to stay, highly recommended!

The location was very good- minutes walking from the Metro station. The appartment has its own parking space which is a huge bonus in Bucharest! It's in a new building, it has elevator. In the same bulding you can find Starbucks and a lot of other places open early in the morning and closed approximately at 16-17 (the appartment is located in what I think is a hi-tech area that is right across the road from the neighbourhood itself, and this is why all the coffe shops open and closed really early). Easy online check-in. Very good cmmunication with the owner through messages via booking- they answer fast and are very kind.

Some things in the appartment needs fixing- loosing faucet, there is a missing cap in one of the bathroom sinks. The kitchen is not equipped enough if you want to cook for a family of six- it needs to be more knives and forks. Not madatory, but it will be nice to have cups for toothbrush in the bathrooms, just so you won't have to put it on the countertop where it gets wet all the time.

The place is great , you find supermarket , places to eat and you can get anywhere very easy . Unfortunately I couldn’t stay more then a day but definitely I would go back . Building where the apartment it is,is super safe as they have a security person 24/7 but is irrelevant as there is safe anyways . The apartment is on the 12th floor with a huge terrace / balcony and is so spacious. Is very clean and had the chance this morning to meet the the lady who is cleaning and she looks so lovely . Comfy huge bed , American style kitchen . I like it .

Is not a negative vote for sure but just in case someone needs ideas . You have a coffee machine but you have to buy yourself and just next door is the supermarket where you can find drinks 😅 , water , food etc . If you’re not Rumanian and like wine I definitely recommend you the Rumanian wine . Is so tasty . You only have shampoo bars if you’re happy with that if not , supermarket is there for you to try the body wash stuff . 🥂

The place is great, close to metro station, there is a supermarket just under the house, coffee and some restaurants, parking places and some stores. Great apartment, big living room with big sofa , kitchen with everything needed. Perfect facilities. For that price this place absolutely a gem.

Nothing special, just we were big family of 6 people if they could give us more then one key it was great.

The room was huge, beds were comfortable. The big balcony was very nice and the sofabed is very big and can fit 2 persons. 2 toilets was also positive (one in bathroom, one at front door). The kitchen with fridge, microwave and full cooking stove was very nice. The wifi and TV worked very good.

We barely heard from the host as we did an online check-in. I had to check myself where to leave the key at check-out. One of the toilet seats was loose. The parking is limited. There are 12 spots and when full, you need to park on the street. We had asked to prepare the sofa bed before arrival which was not done, so we had to make it ourselves. Several lights in the bathroom and toilet were broken and need new bulbs.

View was amazing. Location near metro station. Lovely design, and very clean. We were able to park right in front of the building. Market is in the same complex.

Kichen was poorly equipped. Only minimal dishes, 1 wine glass, no bottle opener etc.. For apartment with that nice design and things like washing machine, we expected more things in kitchen.

Seems to be a new location. Therme Bucharest is closer from this part of the city. You have supermarket at about 100 m from the apartment, coffee shop under the apartment, very good restaurants. The apartment is spacious, no noise from outside. It has A/C, 2 bathrooms (1 normal and 1 service bathroom). Self check-in, self check-out. Parking available on site, reserved place on the street or underground.

Host can improve cleaning. There were a lot of spots with dust, bathrooms were dirty (dirty walls, dirty sink). Also there was a smell in the whole apartment which persisted also next days even if we opened the door for air flow. Balcony was also very dirty.

We stayed in a two-bedroom appartment with two balconies and two bathrooms on the 12th floor. Fast and easy self check-in and check-out as we received the instructions by WhatsApp. The appartment was very spacious. The view was nice. The location was very good as the closest metro station is 5 minutes away. A private parking place was provided. Everything was provided according to the booking. There are several cafes and a big supermarket. Good place for families with kids.

Only a few remarks - some of the parts of the furniture need to be fixed. And the ventilation in the second bathroom was not working.
