I truly appreciated the hotel’s commitment to genuine hospitality. While star ratings are typically based on facilities and luxury, cleanliness is a fundamental standard, and this hotel excels in that regard. Despite being a two-star hotel, it offers everything you need. It is simple, clean, and practical, equipped with all the basic amenities, including a fridge in the room. I choose hotels primarily for location, rest, and hygiene, so I don’t focus on design or aesthetics, which are irrelevant to me as a traveller. I needed a place to rest for a few hours after an event nearby, and I was simply looking for a bed and hot water. I couldn’t be happier with what I had received. The reception staff was outstanding. I will definitely return in the future. Excellent service and top location near a wonderful park.

I was made to feel very welcome during my 2 day stay. I came with a bicycle which I had to pack for my flight home and all the staff were most helpful in finding a safe place for my bike and a place to dismantle it inside the hotel. The receptionist Violetta was very helpful and friendly, she helped me book taxis, find places to eat and advised me on visiting the city. The room was spacious and clean and the cleaning staff dynamic and rigorous. I really enjoyed my stay.

One of my favourite locations in Bucarest, this was a new lady on the desk. I would call her a Sunshine, no hesitation to say that she is absolutely competent, and that is the kind of professionalism one would expect on a late check-in and early check out ( 23h00 to 04h00 am), I was tired but she gave me that extra boost !! Thank you very much, keep it up 💯

In the hotel, I liked the attitude of the staff, the price-quality ratio. It was clean.

I didn't like that my room for 3 people was too small and it was hard for us to use it. We could not pass each other and had to wait for each other. The room for 2 people was pretty good (it wasn't small it was perfect). However, I would visit it again on my next trip.

Good location, nice staff and for 2stars hotel was very good, i had a warm place where to stay, a hot shower, I didn’t had problems with loudly neighbours so everything was good

The only thing was about the showers, i changed many rooms there and most of them had problems with the showers, it was working, but the water was coming from both sides in the same time but for 2stars hotel was excellent and next time i will still go there.

The staff was awesome, very helpful and really nice, especially ladies who worked when I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is quite close to the public transport.

Overall, I think it’s a great value for money, just some facilities in the room are a little old, but nothing to complain about.

I like that the receptionists do their job well, and I also like that the hotel is equipped with an elevator and the rooms with air conditioning for the stars it has.

I don't like that the steps at the entrance of the hotel don't have a support bar for people with locomotor disabilities and I didn't like that in the room I found the floor carpet stained with something that looked like black shoe polish near the TV chest of drawers, and I didn't like that I didn't have curtains on the window. I didn't like that the toilet bowl was too close to the radiator and my knee was not close to the radiator tap and I had an uncomfortable position when I had to do my physiological needs and also in the bathroom I didn't I liked that shower curtain because it is too close and the space is very narrow when I showered, I kept bumping into that curtain and it was uncomfortable. Thank you!

I have visited the place before. The location is fine, the value for money is excellent, it complete met my needs for my stay.

It would be nice to provide an extra blanket for guests; some may prefer to stay warm.

Great hotel, clean, spacious room. Private parking in the back and also in the front of the hotel, Nice location and quiet zone. We liked everything
