I booked the hotel at 7 of July at 22:00 for one night.. Immediately had WatsUp message with clear detais about location, parking and entrance code. We arrived in one hour. . Reception staff welcomed us very nice. Parking is just near the entrance. We were surprised with the comfort room- nice designed, clean, good smell, conditioned, many space After one day driving it was really like oasis in desert for us. In the morning we enjoed coffee, tea, cookies in the bar in the reception area. It was other nice gui in the reception. They talk very nice with guests. We talked with them in English. For sure this hotel will be my preferable choise for the next staying in Bucharest.

Everything was good, room is clean, big enough, furniture is ok, stuff is nice.

The location. The hotel is on strange dark street, we were afraid to leave our car outside, but the receptionist assured us, that they have video surveillance and luckily everything was ok. If the hotel had underground parking it would be much safer and more comfortable for clients. Also we couldn’t have breakfast, hotel doesn’t offer one and there is no places around to have one.

The room exceeded our expectations by far. The entrance even if it's not by the main road, there are two signs that explain how you find it (from the back street). Also you need to ring for the main door to open, which is nice because not every stranger can enter inside easily. The room is luxurious and amazing, the view to the park and the ferry wheel only adds to the beauty of the room. The bathroom is also very spacious. Definitely would like to come back again when we have the chance

Only little thing is that you can hear the tram in the morning, but it's not a big deal for me

The penthouse was amazing. Fantastic views. Large fridge/freezer, microwave, 2 bedrooms with ensuite and a guest toilet. Very comfortable beds. The host, front office manager Christian was the best. Very very helpful and charming. Would definitely return to this hotel. Bolt taxis are cheap. Easy to get around.

No breakfast available.. even at an extra cost would have been nice to be able to order a basic ham & cheese toastie.

The most lovely staff you’ll ever meet so welcoming and kind, had the best visit in this hotel everything was so clean and it’s as beautiful as it is in the pictures. Would definitely recommend to anyone. We had a late check in and the staff made sure we were going to be okay whatever time we got there, and the hotel has good security with the locked door with a pin.

The location was a bit outside but the ubers are so cheap so its not a big deal

The hotel is located close to the UTCB, with a nice view to the river and green area. Gas station, grocery shops and restaurants nearby. The staff is very friendly, communication before and during the stay is perfect. The rooms are clean with all you need for a stay, comfortable bed and small fridge. Free of charge parking is available at the hotel. In the lobby you can drink coffee, tea or water and eat some sweets.

Small minus for a lack of breakfast, but you can expect that because breakfast is not mentioned in the offer.

Refurbished. Good condition. Owner or the lady who I was in contact with was hospitable. Overall is ok. I suggest that the owners should perform some maintenance and cleanliness inspections in the suites, and not to rely on the employees. It's a pity to loose guests for some reasons that could had been easily avoided.

1. Bad smell in the bathroom. Had to have the exhaust fan always on, even so, whenever running the sink, of flushing the toilet a horrible smell comes from the piping system. 2. Wooden floor in the apartment, even if it looks clean, it is dusty. Needs better mopping. 100% need to wear slippers or any shoes. 3. Bedroom mattress on one side is hard, the other side is worn out, hence shaggy. 4. The balcony dirty, dusty, spider webs in the corners. 5. Location. Very noisy from the main Boulevard. Traffic all night. 6. About the quality of the complimentary amenities (coffee in the main lobby, toiletries) i can not rate... As being "complimentary", but...

After a day of sightseeing, I could return to the hotel's tranquil ambiance, which provided a welcomed escape from the bustling city. Overall, my stay at Brater Luxury in Bucharest was an unforgettable experience. The combination of impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, and the location made it a truly wonderful stay. I would highly recommend Brater Luxury to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience in Bucharest. I can't wait to return to this gem of a hotel on my next visit to the city.
