A cozy hotel, small yet comfortable rooms, good breakfast, very nice staff.

Two points to mention with regards to areas for improvements : 1. The room needs the room key in order to operate the electricity. This means that once you leave the room, there are no power sockets to charge equipment while you are away. I recommend to leave at least one socket which doesn't disconnect when the key is removed. 2. The maintenance level in the shower was not amazing .... the shower head was leaking all over, shower doors didn't close well and resulted with a lot of water on the bathroom floor.

Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Good sized room, nicely furnished, comfortable and pleasant. The location is quite good, with good connections, relatively close to city center. The (empty) minibar/minifridge in the room is quite useful.

In places the hotel shows its age and could use some upgrades and extra care: shower installation was pretty busted, AC was smelly, etc. Cleaning staff skipped my room the first day, and in the second, upon my request they cleaned it but have not refilled the tea/coffee, no water in the room, etc. Overall lack of care and attention to details.

The room was spacious, quiet, clean and with a pleasant design. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is really well located - many restaurants and coffee places around. I would recommend this area above the city centre for anyone wanting a more relaxed experience in Bucharest.

All in all a great stay. If I could wish for anything, that would be a slightly softer mattress and better pillows.

Breakfast, spacious room, location, staff in restaurant, cleanliness in the bathroom.

Bad smell in the room every morning, like you are sleeping in the kitchen not in the hotel room, and this situation is not exemption, same time i talk with reception about problem and isnt fixed in last 2 years. Small pillows has dirty stains on it. Some of stuff isnt cooperative at all, they look like robots nothing more or less then somebody told them to do. I asked to be fixed some problem in the room and when i came back after few hours problem persist.

We arrived at noon, the room key was already waiting for us. The rooms are big and comfortable. There are 2 spaces: 1 for adults and one for kids. The shower is very comfortable. There is wonderful wifi reception everywhere... The bed is great. There are very good sushi restaurants near by.

The AC located only in first space thus for adults to have nice temperature the kids have to freeze... There is a very large and comfortable balcony however no view and the AC engine makes it noisy and wet to seat there. The breakfast is OK, no large variety and not too tasty, if you hungry it's OK. The location is Terrible (except for the sushi) There is no parking however lots of free space near the hotel at least during the evenings... We asked for towels replacement received only 2 (we were 5).

Nice place, in a small oasis with restaurants and places to buy groceries. The city center is 40 minutes walking, a nice Walk and some nice restaurants on the way. The room was ok and clean. Free parking outside. 50 meters from the residence there is a coffee shop that sells coffee but it serves it almost cold, and another 10 meters more there is a lovely bakery with the most welcoming man in Bucarest. I recommend this place.

The breakfast selection is not too big but decent enough. The hotel is super clean, the bed is very comfy, and the staff is very friendly.

I'd appreciate if there were a minibar in the room, I had to go to the shop for some water late in the night as there wasn't anything in my room to calm my thirst.

The room was clean and very spacious. The room was well equiped with all one needs when travelling. Hotel is located in slightly expensive area, what also means you have a big selection of great restaurants nearby as sell as plenty of specialty coffe spots (3 on the same street)

It is a long walk away from the city centre (30 minutes)

The room was nice! I will definitely stay here again the next time I’ll visit Bucharest! The staff were also very nice! We arrived early and they did everything they could so we could have our room earlier that it was planned. I think they also upgradded the room so we could get it earlier.

The room was perfectly fit for two persons for a night. The staff was very kind and helpful. I really appreciated the water dispensers on the hallways. The breakfast was very tasty with huge variety. The room was very quiet and we had a comfortable sleep. The room was equipped with all the necessities even with vanities, toothbrush, etc.
