The staff were amazing. People these days forget what it means to offer proper hospitality, but to my surprise, the people were nice and always smiling. The facilities were okay. The cleanliness was spot on—give your cleaning staff a raise. The food was one of the best experiences I had at a hotel in Romania. I will definitely come back and use the services you provide.

The wallpaper was kind of coming of at the seams. Some parts of the room was kind of old and this was showing, the parking situation a bit wheird. Some minor defects in the finishes of the bathroom tiles.

Apart from the hotel being nice, with a very pleasant and moderate cool temperature providing a relief from the blistering heat outside in the July heatwave, I would say that the staff and their service is outstanding. We had a bit of a health issue and we were so professionally assisted by Mirella who we after learnt was on her first day of work and was in training! Ramona kindly offered us to be served breakfast in our room. I didn’t get the names of the others who also assisted, but they were all very supportive of the situation. Besides the breakfast had a varied selection of fresh food also providing a gluten free station.

The location was great for flying out of the international airport the next day. The downside is that, if you don't have a car, there are no restaurants nearby to which you can walk. So you will end up eating at the hotel. The upside of that is that we had a very nice, tasty dinner. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

As mentioned, there are no nearby restaurants you can walk to. So you will have to eat at the hotel. The dinner was great. We skipped breakfast, as we felt the price was too much for breakfast (25 euros per person, as I recall). So we waited until we got to the airport and ate at the business lounge.

I enjoyed the accomodations like the gym, sauna, breakfast, bar, shuttle and the staff was very nice. It was also very nice that the staff speak English very well. The location was perfect for my plans while in Bucharest.

The water that came from the bath and shower was brown. I questioned the cleanliness of the water. The walls are also very thin and I could hear everything from the stay beside me, from footsteps and conversations.

The hotel is very big, with spacious rooms. Great view on the 11th floor. Decent breakfast. Good location, with free parking. Very nice cleaning staff. Great toiletries.

The room service did not work. The reception staff gave contradictory answers when asked about checking out one day earlier. Crowded breakfast room and little care for guests with allergies. A bit dated furniture.

good size room, clean and perfect temp, staff were professional and facilities were as expected. most things we needed were within walking distance or a short taxi ride.

Taxi drivers ripping us off, and staff in hotel not smiling or even happy- also many shops in the parade were closed or empty. Breakfast was unappetizing as they hade "Wet eggs" oily saus and bacon, shame as the juices were all watered down.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. Everything you could possibly want was offered for breakfast in a very large room. The staff was most helpful. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and had a great meal. They even accommodated my request for a cocktail from the bar. Highly recommended for an overnight stay close to the airport,

Breakfast had a good range of foods and drinks, the room was very comfortable, clean and modern, with everything that we needed, and the location was convenient, in terms of public transport and supermarkets.

The mini fridge wasn't cool enough and was too small to fit everything we wanted to put in it, and the tv was a little hard to navigate and find english channels.

Gread location across the beautiful Herastrau lake. We had a room on the top floor and the view was amazing. Beds comfortable, coffee, tea and water available in the room. Comfy beds and very friendly staff.

The hotel itself seems a bit dated, smells dated, reminds me of the 80’s, but left that aside everything was ok.
