Wonderful Stay! I recently spent a night at this lovely accommodation, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The location is absolutely perfect—conveniently situated for what i needed. I loved how accessible everything was, allowing me to make the most of my short stay. What truly stood out to me was the responsiveness of the staff. They were quick to answer all my questions and provided helpful recommendations. Their friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning in the future!

I appreciated the cleanliness and facilities of the room, as well as the kindness of the young lady from the Client Service who helped me get back a forgotten item timely.

Rude behaviour of the keeper in the Picolo Mondo Restaurant. He refused to lend us an umbrella for a couple of hours, while it was pouring outside and I was with my 5 year-old. His language and address were aggressive and disrespecful. I think it is important that the management is made aware.

Excellent location, close to bus stops to city and to airport. Code to access the building meant that it was very quiet. Property was very clean and looked amazing! Loved the mirrors everywhere! Room was very specious and looked amazing with both the lighting and mirrors everywhere. Bed was really comfy. Bathroom, amazing! Again really spacious and shower was fantastic! Perfect jet of water and heat! Wardrobe super spacious and mini fridge non stocked was a great idea. Was able to put my stuff in there to keep cold. Staff very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

Only negative comment, which is super minor is that there wasn’t enough toilet paper to last the stay. Realised late at night and hotel was not staffed at that time to ask for more.

Clean and comfortable. Nice balcony with chairs/table (e.g., enhanced morning coffee). I usually don't feel 100% comfortable using kitchen objects in short-term rental locations with the same confidence I am using stuff in my house; however, the level of cleanliness in this place was so reassuring!

My kid and a friend of his took turns getting stuck in the bathroom (the steamy room and not-so-dried hands made it hard for them to unlock the door). This was a fun experience for us (I used a bottle opener to trigger the unlocking system from outside). But I imagine this might not result in a neutral/positive experience for all the guests - so maybe take a look at that. The internet speed was (somewhat) bad (but that is what you expect when more guests use the same connection). Also, a restaurant is nearby with live (and loud) music until late hours. P. S. We weren't bothered by the above - trying to be as informative as possible for others.

The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, breakfast was decent. There was coffee machine plus pods in the room. The balcony was nice to have.

In a room designed for 3 people there was not a single chair to sit on, no bench for a suitcase, no shelves in the closet. In the bathroom there was a single hook for hanging the towels and no shelf, bench or any other way to place one's necessary items or clothing.

Ordered an early breakfast the evening before for 5.30am but when we went down for breakfast the following morning the restaurant was locked & unmanned, when I questioned it with the restaurant manager he denied that I had made the booking and said the restaurant was nothing to do with the hotel??

Very clean room and close to the location where I participated in an event, also lots of shops nearby

The touch screen to enter the code for the room is not great, especially if you have sweaty hands or for someone who is not tech-savvy.

The place was impecable- like new - and very comfortable. It's located in a good area very close to a nice park and green area. Has supermarket and amenities around the corner. I would stay there again.

There's no people to talk to. We didn't mind this but some people might need this. However, if you message them, they respond straightaway
