Everything was perfect from start to finish. Easy communication with the host and quick responses. Full access to the building via cloud application. The apartment was clean, tidy and spacious. There is a good supermarket 15/20 minute walk or a quick Uber at a reasonable price. All kitchen utilities worked well. The location was good for me as spent time at Therme spa with the old town in the opposite direction. I would definitely stay here again. Solo traveller from England :)

I stayed here for the second time, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The place is absolutely wonderful—safe, modern, and equipped with everything you might need. Check-in and check-out are seamless, and the high-tech access system for both the building and the apartment is incredibly convenient. The apartment itself is spacious, well-designed, and the bed is super comfortable. Highly recommend!

The place is great, very large apartment and everything is automated, almost zero-interaction check-in. There are places to park in the yard and video surveillance all around. I'm very impressed with the whole setup and automation of the place, kudos to the owner.

The last stretch of road leading to the place is not paved, so it's a bit hard to reach if your vehicle has low clearance. Got me a bit concerned with my sports suspension. :(

I liked the space, it's quite a big apartment with a balcony and kitchen. Good shower . Parking right over. The apartment looks so new, very clean and huge. I liked to automated check-in process, Everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean, safe and the responsible person who welcomed me was very friendly, informed me and helped me about everything. Next time when I travel to Bucharest I will not look for any other choices. The best hotel experience I have ever had! Highly recommend Iarca inn!

What a beautiful place. Secure, clean, well equipped. Super impressive place. Was sooooo spacious. The internal pictures actually don’t do this place justice. The team were super helpful and always on hand.

The property is a little out of the centre as per the map but we didn’t mind this at all as it meant for a quieter stay. We just used Ubers to get around. Which cost between £5-7 right into the centre of the old town. £5 to the airport.

Excellent staff and accommodation, clean and great location close to the airport and public transport. Free parking places under surveillance.

It would be great to have also a key to the rooms as a back-up option. Everything is accessed with the phone. So if you have a short phone battery lifespan, better bring your charger around with you or you fear being locked out of the accommodation.

It's a great building and good location for those who wants to stay close enough to the airport. Kind a not very far from the center of the city and close to probably best shopping mall Baneasa. Overall the apartment is very cosy with everything you need, all of a great quality, like Daikin ACs, nice big TVs, good furniture and electronics, plenty small details inside and plenty space. On top of that terrace for apartment and as well I saw terrace in the yard. Nice friendly owner/administrator who text you back super quick and always helpful and friendly. I had some nice discount on that apartment too

very nice and comfortable room, spacious and newly decorated, modern taste, terrace just outside, private and secure parking at the house, very quiet despite being close to the main road, everything you need is there (bathroom toiletries, fridge, TV, etc.), great value for money, owner very friendly and nice, communicates with you in advance, check in is done remotely (very convenient)

location: you have a bus stop right at the address, so you can easily get anywhere with public transportation or taxi, but for walking it is not very friendly, as even the pedestrian lanes seem to be empty and not much often used by people (dirty, very close to road with cars traveling at speeds of 70 km/h and not very safe); not very easy for my GPS to find the address, I had to circle around twice to actually find my way to the exact location, so do call the owner 30 minutes in advance as he recommends, for in advance guidance

Very nice, elegant apartments, secure parking, Basic equipment all available in the kitchen. Very clean and the hosts were very responsive. Great space outside in the garden.

The entry to rooms and the building is controlled by an app which is not always very reliable and it can take some time before it unlocks the door. At one point we were trying for nearly 30 minutes.

The location was very convenient for us, so this was our main criteria. Little did we expect that the place would be so high-tech, spacious and comfortable. This must be where Iron Man stays when he visits Bucharest.

Not a property issue for sure, but if you plan on walking around, forget about it. We attempted it and it was the most extreme experience during our visit.
