We loved everything — it’s a smart home, and you can control everything through an app: opening any doors or gates, air conditioning, lights, and more. Everything was clean and fully equipped, with great attention to detail: the kitchen, bathroom, and even a utility room with an ironing board and iron. The appliances are all modern. The yard is beautifully arranged, with a gazebo for barbecues and a lawn. We also had a balcony terrace. Very convenient — no reception, but the host was always available. Everything was smooth, clear, and fast. Everything was perfect! We’ve added it to our favorites and already recommended it to all our friends. Thank you!

The place is awesome and gives you all the amenities that you could need full kitchen bathroom shower towels everything is met even in elevator to reach the second floor if you have any traveling with a lot of stuff it really helps and they are very responsive through messaging and email.

I didn't get the penthouse I've been there multiple times now and I can tell you the penthouse is the best sweet to get but all of the rooms are excellent.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Easy communication with the host and quick responses. Full access to the building via cloud application. The apartment was clean, tidy and spacious. There is a good supermarket 15/20 minute walk or a quick Uber at a reasonable price. All kitchen utilities worked well. The location was good for me as spent time at Therme spa with the old town in the opposite direction. I would definitely stay here again. Solo traveller from England :)

I stayed here for the second time, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The place is absolutely wonderful—safe, modern, and equipped with everything you might need. Check-in and check-out are seamless, and the high-tech access system for both the building and the apartment is incredibly convenient. The apartment itself is spacious, well-designed, and the bed is super comfortable. Highly recommend!

The place is great, very large apartment and everything is automated, almost zero-interaction check-in. There are places to park in the yard and video surveillance all around. I'm very impressed with the whole setup and automation of the place, kudos to the owner.

The last stretch of road leading to the place is not paved, so it's a bit hard to reach if your vehicle has low clearance. Got me a bit concerned with my sports suspension. :(

The location implements the "smart home" with modern access systems in the room and in the yard. The property is monitored by cameras that you can access through the application. The staff is always eager to improve the conditions and make the client feel at home.

The check-in is at 6 pm, which is a bit unusual, but the owner was very flexible and welcomed me at 4 pm.

What a beautiful place. Secure, clean, well equipped. Super impressive place. Was sooooo spacious. The internal pictures actually don’t do this place justice. The team were super helpful and always on hand.

The property is a little out of the centre as per the map but we didn’t mind this at all as it meant for a quieter stay. We just used Ubers to get around. Which cost between £5-7 right into the centre of the old town. £5 to the airport.

- Check in time could be improved because 18:00pm is quite late if you arrive in Bucharest early in the morning. The host does his best however to prepare the apartment earlier upon request.

I liked the space, it's quite a big apartment with a balcony and kitchen. Good shower . Parking right over. The apartment looks so new, very clean and huge. I liked to automated check-in process, Everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean, safe and the responsible person who welcomed me was very friendly, informed me and helped me about everything. Next time when I travel to Bucharest I will not look for any other choices. The best hotel experience I have ever had! Highly recommend Iarca inn!

Excellent staff and accommodation, clean and great location close to the airport and public transport. Free parking places under surveillance.

It would be great to have also a key to the rooms as a back-up option. Everything is accessed with the phone. So if you have a short phone battery lifespan, better bring your charger around with you or you fear being locked out of the accommodation.
