The staff is very nice, the hotel is brand new, everything works great (AC, showers etc.), rooms are large and have all necessary amenities for a perfect stay, super close to the airport. Major plus for the cosmetics line chosen - awesome products!

It’s more about preference than dislike - the mattresses are firm, but we like it so!

For me personally would have been an excellent experience if shuttle from/to airport would be available (as I choose this location specifically for being close to airport), so my suggestion is to find solutions in this sense.

Internal hotel's standards & policies are excellent

No shuttle service from / to the airport and stupid prices requested by local taxi drivers in cash (!) for 5 km distance from / to the terminal

It said breakfast at 6 am, but there was NONE. It said airport shuttle on the website but there was NONE.

Relatively easy to get to from the airport. The hotel is right off a busy highway, so you can’t really walk anywhere - but that’s to be expected from an airport-based hotel. The breakfast was really nice and a great start to the day!

Relatively easy to get to from the airport. As expected for an airport-based hotel, it’s located on a busy highway and not walkable, but it worked well for our needs. Our room and the kids' room were down the hall from each other- not too far, just not adjacent. Check-in took a while and we weren’t given an explanation, but overall it was a positive experience. The breakfast was a highlight- very nice and a great start to the day!

Initially, the exterior of the building looked utilitarian, but it is modern and clean inside. The positive is there is tremendous natural lighting throughout and the curved layout of the floors add personality. Management and staff are professional, friendly and accommodating. We received a room upgrade upon checking in--a pleasant surprise. We ate at the restaurant (as the hotel is isolated--just a gas station and expressway are immediate) and the food was wonderful. My husband enjoyed his Margarita pizza! Very quiet on the City-view side; they can provide van service to the airport for a fee.

My husband remarked that the mattress was lopsided (on his end); overall, the mattress was a bit hard and unforgiving. There were no tissues or wash-cloths provided. However, we did find this consistently throughout our various Romanian lodgings. We paid extra for takeaway breakfasts as we had a very early flight the next morning--some of the items could not pass security and were confiscated.

Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile, making us feel truly valued. The room was a haven of comfort, with a bed so plush and inviting that every night felt like sleeping on a cloud. Waking up refreshed and stepping onto the spotlessly clean, well-designed space added an extra touch of luxury.One of the absolute highlights was the food—simply divine! Every meal was a culinary delight, with fresh, high-quality ingredients, perfectly balanced flavors, and a variety that catered to every craving.

This hotel gave everything it said it would give and more. i visited for my birthday in Novemeber, and i would definitely return if visiting the therme spa, or even just travelling to bucharest as the distance was around 10 minutes away in the car and 20 minutes from the cloest shopping centre which allowed us to see alot on route. The room was very clean, very spacious as i booked the studio, id would highly recommend it if travelling in a group or even two friends who require a bit more space. The breakfast in the morning was amazing, fully stocked many options to choose from, and they didn't disappoint! ohhh, very large, comfortable beds, too, endured a good night sleep.

Just mind your leg on the edge of the bed, as i did injury myself as the corners are sharp, just be mindful.
