Overall super nice experience. The bed sheets were impeccable , the bathroom was spotless . I did not regret getting a room with the park view.

In my room I could notice , champagne marks on some of the walls. This is not really property's fault, and almost impossible to clean without a complete makeover. Its a general practice in Romania hosting wedding guests over the night on top of the party , however this levels out the general super cleanliness of the room . I would suggest having one member of your younger staff to do a quick room check-up before checking out the guests, asking for a penalty fee for these kind of damages is perfectly normal.

The staff is wonderful! The lady that was checking me in didn’t know English, but we still found our way to communicate. The place is very clean, the bed is nice and soft. All the necessities such as the fridge, bathroom and AC worked really well. Hotel has a fridge where you can buy water or other drinks. It’s closely located to the US embassy (30 mins by foot, 5mins by car)

The location wasn’t the best as there weren’t many restaurant nearby, but I knew about it.

It is very clean , the garden is very nice , it is crazy close to Băneasa shopping city and the airport, it is easy to get there even without getting into the traffic and the staff is pretty nice.

The restaurant wasn’t open and the hotel doesn’t have breakfast which might be a problem if you have to get up early or need to have dinner upon arrival.

Huge room, clean, equipped with everything we needed. The staff were friendly and useful and they had a private parking right in front of the building. everything was ok. We needed a hotel close to the US embassy and this one had the perfect position.

The furniture and everything was a little old. We even had some spiderwebs on the ceiling and some holes in the curtains. Beside this, everything was clean and functional.

A great price/quality ratio. The hotel is situated in a very nice and quite area, but close to the international airports or US Embassy. The personnel was really friendly and helpful with different recommendations.

A little bit toooo warm in the room. We had to open the windows.

Just a small inconvenience..the minibar was empty, we arrived late in the evening and had no water/juices there but apart from this everything was ok. Also tge remote for tv was not working, maybe a batteries change woukd fix it.

Great location in a green area near to the US embassy

This place is very lucky. Al my friends, my family and personally me stayed in this hotel when we came to Romania to receive US visit visa and all got it for 10 years.

Spacious room, lovely setting with pretty garden, staff very friendly and helpful, great value for money, good location for both airport and city.

The restaurant wasn't open which was a shame as we had planned to eat there.

Room was exactly like in the pictures. Cozy, clean and the staff was very friendly. The lady from the reception was very kind and nice. Room was very warm and spacious.

The alley which takes you to the hotel was very very dark and scary. I would have really liked to have a small kettle to be able to make a cup of tea in the evening and a coffee in the morning.

It is a cozy small hotel located not far from the US embassy. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating, and it is easy to get to everywhere with rideshares. The room was spacy and meticulously clean. Breakfast is tasty and worth the extra fee.

All was good. Just an FYI rooms are one floor up with no elevator.
