Clean room, large, equipped with the basics. There is nobody at the reception, but we had no problems because of this.

There was a smell in the bathroom from the drain, and the TV did not work. We did not see, or it was not clearly advertised that there is nobody at the reception. The price was also a little bit high.

Very secure doors, the building felt safe and secure. Written communication was effective and we were able to access the building and our room with ease.

We think the room needs more mirrors and maybe an extra unit to rest things on as we were 4 women and getting ready with just one mirror between us was quite tricky. The wall has the space and this would be a good added feature. The alarm outside also went off for quite a while one evening and we were unsure what to think/do or who to contact. Perhaps emergency prodecures need to be clearer or perhaps a single button from the phone to allow the customer to get through to a member of staff. I think a whattapps number was mentioned at some point but we could not find the details quickly so I suggest maybe a whattapp Welcome Message on arrival to the customer would be reassuring espcially as we have no contact with any staff (other than the cleaner).

We visited The Therme Spa. When we arrived at the apartments the reception area was clean, bright and modern. The door codes were easy to use. We were on the top floor, (3rd) the elevator, very small but enough for our 2 large cases and myself to squeeze. (as small as the lift is) it is a bonus. As lift will help those with a buggy or wheelchair. The decor of the building and room is fresh and new. Size of the room was amazing for the 5 of us. The room was exactly like the picture and it was lovely and clean. I did have to sweep the floor with the broom provided as I feel the room hadn’t been used in a while or we were the first to use it but that didn’t take away from the comfort we felt from the moment we stepped through the door. Everything worked well, tv, fridge, kettle. The plates, cups and cutlery were new. Everything felt brand new. The balcony was bigger than expected and the kids enjoyed being out there. The view of the residential area was not bad and walked the area which was nice. The beds had fresh sheets and they were comfy . The bathroom was clean and modern. Lovely decor throughout the room and building. There was a small water fountain outside our door so we were able to refill our water bottles. The location - we were located in a residential area with fairly newly built homes, lovely quiet area. We were 15mins walk from McDonalds and around 20 mins from Lidl. We did walk around the area and found a local convenience store, very friendly staff. All in all, our stay was comfortable and pleasing If you drive in Bucharest. This is a 10/10 staycation. We used uber which from The Therme Spa was around €8, each way for an XL car as we were 5 people. Bolt only takes 3 people. I would stay again no doubt If you drive in Bucharest, this is a must.

The only thing for me personally, is that the location is a little too far from the main road, 15 mins walk. That’s where we would catch the buses from. To get food in the evening, not possible, unless you have a food delivery app which we found out nearer to the time to leave. It’s called GLOVO.

Otopeni Suites by CityBookings in Bucharest We recently spent one night at **Otopeni Suites by CityBookings** after a long and tiring journey, and would like to share our impressions. --- Location The apartments are located very close to the airport in Bucharest, making them an ideal choice for travelers who need to stay near their flights or are looking for a short stopover between two destinations. Despite being just a few minutes away from the airport, the sound insulation is excellent – during our entire stay, we didn’t hear a single airplane taking off or landing. --- Accommodation and Cleanliness We were extremely satisfied with the level of hygiene and tidiness. Everything feels completely new, and the modern design plus comfortable furnishings contribute to a pleasant stay. - Bathroom: Modernly equipped and spotlessly clean. - Kitchen: Equipped with all the necessary dishes and utensils, which makes even a longer stay more convenient. We especially appreciated the coffee machine with Lavazza capsules that makes excellent coffee – a great detail for espresso lovers. --- Comfort and Amenities - Internet: The Wi-Fi was fast and stable, ideal for work or entertainment. - Parking: The parking area is well-lit, clearly marked, and covered by video surveillance, providing an added sense of security. - Contactless Check-In: Although we were slightly concerned that this method of checking in might be complicated, the process turned out to be very simple and practical. - Online Support: Communication with the staff via messages was quick and efficient, and our questions were always answered promptly.

A very good apartment, close to Otopeni airport, located in a safe area, in a clean block, lit from the outside, with parking in front of the property. Among the many locations where I stayed, this one offered the clearest and most detailed self check in what I really liked. Considering that I arrived at a very late hour, self check in was the best solution. I liked that in the rooms I found 5 bottles of water considering the late time we arrived and also that on the ground floor of the building I found a machine with several juices and snacks (it would have been very good to be able to buy a beer from these devices :). I liked that the next day when I left, I saw many ladies cleaning, which reinforced my idea of ​​clean accommodation It is a very good accommodation solution for Otopeni, safe, with very responsive building administrators.

Extremely clean, comfortable twin beds, just perfect. Would have liked to stay there longer but we only had six hours between flights. A very well designed apartment , great facilities .

It’s close to the airport , but in an area that would need a car to get to any stores . We only stayed for 6 hours because our plane arrived late and we had a very early flight out. The only thing that was Extremely irritating was the old dog outside our window that barked Non Stop for the full 6 hours , non stop!!! Even with the windows closed , it was impossible to sleep with that Constant Barking !

Three single beds in one room, so perfect for myself and two daughters to stay in for 1 night (after a day at Therme Bucharest) we didn’t arrive until late and the instructions given to access the building and room were perfect! Lovely shower and bathroom (towels supplied) and even a little separate kitchen area (which we didn’t use, but it looked nice!)

Too much light coming into the room from the curtains, but that’s because I like a dark room (so that’s just more my preference)

We arrived into Bucharest at 11PM and just needed a place to sleep before driving north in the morning and this place was was perfect. It seems to be a newer building so it was really clean (and felt clean) and it was just a few minutes drive from the airport. Easy parking right in front of the building was real convenient. They provide door codes for entry so getting to the room could not have been easier.

The staff were amazing throughout the process, from booking to arrangements of the beds, and through arrival instructions and check-in. The location was easy to find and instructions for self check in were clear and simple to follow. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We arrived on a late flight and this accommodation helped us settle in with great ease.

8 minutes drive from the rent car parking in the airport. Free parking in front of the property. Very clean and excellent value for its purpose, rest after the flight. Very good instructions for entering the place. Other important favilities - A/C, coffee machine, Excellent location , plenty of places for breakfast just 5 minutes drive from the property.

8 in the morning, the workers outside started to make a lot of noise and we managed to sleep only 2 hours, after long night of delays and flight.
