The place was comfortable, quiet, and it looks better than in the pictures (maybe because they are renovating). The spa was relaxing and nice. Very close to the airport and the shuffle was easy to find. The driver is extremely friendly and professional!! Thank you to him in particular for this experience!! The stuff is lovely, especially a lady at the bar and restaurant who was kind enough to tell us that we have free coffee at our breakfast rather than paying for it at the and while our breakfast was included. Thank you to everyone!!

Everything would have been perfect if the cleaning team wouldn’t have opened the door to our room twice without knocking while we were inside and put the “do not disturb” sign on.

The high quality finish of the rooms, the mini bar and options for room service were amazing for the price. Everything in the room was brand new and modern with great toiltieries and TV access

The staff. In both the evening and morning I was told I had booked two rooms and showed them evidence of only one booking. Neither times did they clearly answer if I was being charged two, just kept replying with ok, I had to check the bank several times to ensure only one payment taken. Could of been handled with a bit more clarity and understanding.

Room was great, pretty big and has all the facilities you need. location wise, although very close to the airport, if you don't use their shuttle it will be very difficult to find transportation (taxi, uber or bolt) to the hotel as it is a short distance and very difficult for the cars to go back to the airport, so they avoid to take you. if you can use the free shuttle which is great.

breakfast have to say that is quite disspointing for a 4 star hotel. limited choice and most of all, some of the staff also taking their lunch from the buffet in front of the guests is a big NO. I worked before in hospitality and staff always eat after service is over, not during the service and deffinetely not taking the food from in front of the guests.

Excellent shuttle to and from airport. The restaurant exceeded expectations. Clean renovated room, comfortable bed, and lots of extra room for luggage. We stayed with kids this time and they had an infant bed ready as requested.

On two stays in a row, I have found that they do not have working AC in the spring. It was March, there were 26+ degrees Celsius in the rooms, and they say they can do nothing about it except recommend opening the window. It's difficult to understand what they expect customers to do.

Although I haven't given this hotel a perfect score, I was still very happy! The shuttle saves a lot of stress, both going to the hotel and returning to the airport. The bus is very clean and the driver polite. There is a lobby bar in the hotel that serves coffee or drinks until late. We tried the restaurant just for dessert and it was very nice. The wifi is good and despite all the other reviews saying the aircon was terrible, we thought it was fine despite it being 36 degrees outside.

A kettle would have been nice and also a better hairdryer. My hair actually dried quicker outside than it did using the hotel hairdryer. The reception staff were pretty miserable, no smiles, no manners.

The staff makes unnecessary and not needed remarks towards guests. I had to wait in the lobby for a couple of hours before my flight. I have reactive arthritis which makes my joints swell and the swelling causes pain. I was sitting on the sofa close to the fish tank in a position that was relieving my pain when a male concierge in red came up to me and said “this position (in which I was sitting is bad”. I of course changed the position to a different one, but the pain returned. I don’t have to disclose my health conditions to a staff member that has absolute no right to tell a client that paid for the services of the hotel how to sit on the sofa of the lobby. The hotel lobby is not for decoration but for the clients to use how they see fit as long as the hotel rules are not broken.

The room as olways was excellent and clean ,impeccable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Just to say they serving and amazing breakfast, traditional and inaf options for food. Bar aswel is a good idea to visit during your visit.

I am visiting almost every year this hotel and olways i was satisfied with the service and staff ,but less the dining there . Just to say that I will not opt for next time for the diner there as it was disappointing 😕 specially pasta options.

We liked the location, it is very close to the airport and for us it was perfect. We also valued the shuttle to and from the airport which was really helpful during the night. The hotel is clean, quiet and the breakfast was good.

We checked out during the night and expected to some complementary travel bag (since we paid for the breakfast and did not eat. We got it in other 4 stars hotel so we thought this hotel should also provide it to the guests.

It was a good choice - I requested a quiet room and I was assigned one facing an interior court. Staff members were polite in particular foreign staff members (especially at the reception - Michael) who have superior customer service skills when compared to the Romanian staff. The shuttle to and from the airport was free and operates once every one hour (10.30, 11.30, 12.30 etc)

The drivers of the shuttle were polite and started on time, but just before departure one of them asked me to hold my backpack on my knees although the shuttle was completely empty. Weird request I must say. Not a big problem but again felt weird as I was the only passenger in there. No water electric kettle in the room, no free teas/coffee as commonplace in other similar hotels all over the world (maybe not in Romania?) Really overpriced water and drinks in the minibar

We always stay at Rin hotel when we have an early flight out of Bucharest, location and regular shuttle to the airport are super convenient. This time we got to enjoy the spa and pool as well, which was an added bonus. Rooms have been recently renovated so that is an improvement as in recent times it had become a bit run down.

There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain which we covered with a wet towel, also recent renovation means there is still quite a strong smell of wall paint.
