This is not the first time I’ve stayed here, and it definitely won’t be the last. The location is clean, quiet, and the staff is always very friendly and attentive. Great breakfast selection! All the rooms I’ve stayed in so far—whether in the old or the new building—have been clean and comfortable, with everything you need. On our last visit, we even received a free room upgrade in the new building, which was a really nice bonus: comfy bed, spacious layout, and a big TV.

The hotel is perfect place for holiday! :) The rooms are wide, clean and cozy! The lady who is a hotel receptionist was very nice, pretty and pleasant. I paid for breakfast which included a variety of vegetables, fruits, bread, meat, cheese. The food was fresh. Thank you of all my heart for perfect days in Bucharest! I love this city and people who lives there! :)

Bed was comfortable, room was spacious, air con was good. Well located for transfer to therme spa. The walk in shower was good.

Bedsheet was clearly cleaned but had a stain on it. Owner/receptionist found another sheet for us to put on so satisfied they resolved the issue for us. No coffee in room but was in the foyer to use. Restaurant/bar never seemed open, would have liked to have a drink upon arrival but opening times weren't clear.

It was our second stay at this hotel and it did not disappoint. The size of the room is good. You can set the thermostat to any temperature you want. The parking lot is easily accesible and has a good amount of spaces. The staff were nice and friendly. The complimentary water bottles were welcome. The hotel is close to the airport and Therme.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was large, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything was spotless, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time here. The location is also ideal, with easy access to the shopping mall and the airport. We highly recommend this place!

Very nice and cozy hotel. Location could be better but if you get the by taxi then it’s ok. I wouldn’t recommend walking around in the night time though because it’s located in the middle of nowhere. Hotel is very clean and modern. Got everything that needed for a short visit. Would recommend definitely

Very clean, very quiet and if you are going to the Therme spa for the weekend it’s in a perfect location. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was small, but there was everything you want!

Some of the staff were not the nicest, but I think it was because of the language barrier

Clean, spacious, quiet, parking available on site. It was just what we wanted as we arrived late at night. There was no one to greet us at the reception, but instructions were agreed upfront with the staff.

Not in the city center, but better than many downtown hotels. Traffic to city center on a Sunday morning was reasonable. Would stay again.

Was clean and comfortable and convenient at the last minute. Near airport which is also handy.

We were given our room key… buzzed in and a man was on the bed already in our room. Issue was resolved and we laughed it off completely but others wouldn’t have.

The staff was very helpful. Our flight was delayed so we arrived very late. We called ahead of time to alert the hotel. The staff was very helpful and left our room keys in the reception. The hotel is pretty close to the airport, the rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is good.
