The staff was amazing. Super attentive and kind. The hotel has air-conditioning which was much needed as July was super hot. Bed is super comfy. Very tasty breakfast and parking in front of the hotel. About 15 minutes drive from Therme and 10 minutes walk from the metro station. 20 minutes drive from the airport.

Water temperature in the shower fluctuates - just be cautious as it can get very warm sometimes

The hotel was comfortable and breakfast a plentiful spread in a buffet style. The beds were comfortable. The shower nice. The reception staff were very helpful and non intrusive. So we were able to just relax and enjoy our stay. It was a good location for us because we were visiting Therme on one day and going into the Old Town in central Bucharest the second day. The hotel was roughly mid way between them. It was great value for money for our short break.

There was nothing we didn't like. The coffee sachets in the room were okay, but I would take my own next time. Also, the towels were lovely and soft but quite small. But these things were minor.

The hotel is located in the city's suburban area. It has a bus stop right in front of it. It has a dedicated parking space (this was the main reason we have chosen it). Breakfast is not extraordinary, but is good. Coffee at breakfast was surprisingly good, compared to the standard for a hotel breakfast coffee. Staff is friendly and speaks fluent English. The hotel has been refurbished recently, you could feel the smell on new things when you enter it.

Bed was uncomfortable, it was too soft. Pillows were also too soft. There was a lot of noise from the street, if it was hot and we had to sleep with a window open, it could be an issue. You could hear the cars, even with windows closed.

As expected and plenty of options to choose from.

Hotel is located on a very busy road and the noise is considerable during night/sleep.

I had the pleasure of staying at Phoenicia Comfort Hotel, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The location was convenient, offering reasonable access to popular attractions and local dining options, although it is situated a bit far from the city center. The staff were courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was modern, spotless, and featured all the conveniences I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was plush and inviting, making it easy to relax after a long day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a blend of comfort and excellent service. It was truly a nice stay!

Location was a bit out of the way, but to be fair, it was about 8 mins to walk to nearest metro and this is the best way to travel through a city notorious for traffic jams. It is a convenient location to stay if you are driving to/from airport and then want to use metro or bus for getting around the city. But there's not much of interest around. I arrived approx 8:30am. There was an additional EUR30 for early check-in, but hotel offered me a different (cheaper) room instead that was already available so I went with that.

Just the one grumble: 1) The keycard has a different address on it. So putting this into your satnav/google maps will take you to its "parent hotel" which is in a different part of the city, and with traffic, that is 40 mins of your life you will never get back. There is little point in giving me a card with the correct address on it afterwards - how about ensuring the keycard holder has the correct address on it to begin with?

All the staff were very friendly, especially the manager. The good was very good and the rooms were large and spotless.

It was a little further out of town than I realised, but everything else more than made up for that. Easy uber ride into the city centre.

when we arrived at night the window was opened and it was really cold in the room, the heating system was not working, it took us some time to accomodate. apart from this everything was ok.

I stayed in the deluxe suit and it was absolutely beautiful. Mihail was really helpful and kind. The staff were polite and friendly. I will highly recommend the hotel. 5 star *****
