Really nice room and breakfast, the staff was very nice and helpful, starting with the shuttle service! They picked us up at 2.30am at the airport (Otopeni) without a problem.

Ideal for airport users, offering good rooms, a good restaurant and generous breakfast. There is a cheap transfer minibus to/from the airport - remember to book in advance. The room is well designed with an efficient bathroom area and comfortable beds. The reception staff are helpful but you might have to wait at busy times as many guests have questions when they book in.

Even taxi drivers have a little difficulty finding the hotel - it's on the main road but stopping in just the right place is difficult. If you drive past, you have to go to a roundabout then to another to get back and try again. It can get busy at times so allow yourself time for whatever you want to do.

The hotel is super close to the airport, within strolling distance; you can literally walk over there, if it's daytime and you're packing lightly. The transfer shuttle is no longer included in the booking price. It costs an extra 10€ from ther airport and 5€ from the hotel (payabla at the front desk) and needs to be booked in advance. Super helpful if you're coming or going at night and have a heavy bagage. The chauffeur will call you and pick you up from the airport. Upon changing my plans, I was able to change the dates of my booking with no issues and no extra fee, which was amazing, as I had already gotten a special offer. The room was pleasantly warm, clean, spacious. Being next to he airport, I had no pretentions of it being quiet, but on the side I was on, except for the occasional airplanes flying overhead, there was nothing to be heard. All in all very nice and covenient! Thanks! I'll come again.

This has nothing to do with the hotel per se: I wanted to go to sleep earlier, as I needed to get up at 3 AM and the guests next door kept on slamming the doors and talking super loudly until late in the night. Maybe book the guests that need to get up early on a quiet floor?

I emailed the hotel before leaving the uk 🇬🇧 to ask could they send a shuttle for my flight arriving at 11:pm . It said on website the shuttle was available but nobody responded to my email and I had to catch a taxi in the end 😟

Adriana Tătaru , a young lady who also is speaking English, very polite, friendly a genuinely passionate about the job she’s doing. Her smile and welcome put you at ease and makes the experience one to remember. She is an ambassador of your brand and deserves a promotion. She should train all your staff on how hospitality should be across the business. Valued and recognised teams will always deliver more and incentives would encourage others to deliver the same results. The food was great with large portions. Despite that the hotel is located on a busy road, the rooms were quiet. This hotel is ideal for airport users. The hotel provided taxi to the airport for a small fee.

When we arrived at the front desk, a lady with a serious face, cold and looked like she didn’t want to be there, gave us the room card and had very little to say.

The room was clean, comfortable with good facilities. It’s surprisingly quiet despite being on a very busy road. The breakfast is good value and generous and they even had English breakfast tea. Staff were very helpful particularly the breakfast team.

It was quite warm in the room as the air conditioning wasn’t great. Our pre booked airport shuttle was not there when we arrived at the airport. The location although close to the airport and great for Therme is on a dual carriage way with a central reservation and it is difficult to get taxis as they have to go all the way up the road to come round to the hotel. It is a not a direct route. Some ubers wouldn’t take us because of the location.

The evening meal was excellent and the breakfast had everything I wanted. The staff were helpful. The room was well organised, modern and spacious. The taxi from the main station in Bucharest was 50 lei (about 10 dollars/euros) - a fair price. There is also a minibus to the airport for 25 lei.

The fridge in the room didn't work but I didn't ask the staff to do anything - maybe they could have solved the problem. The hotel is next to a busy main road - walking along that road is tiresome.

İt is the fourth time I came to this hotel. I like the place, but please, give customers a bottle of water at arrival, especially at night.

İ really like the hotel, I've been few times for overnight stay. The one thing that brothered me on 24/10/2024 was that, İ arrived late at night, and when İ asked if I can have a cup of coffee, the staff wouldn't allow me to use the coffee machine even though I offered to pay, I asked for water, and yet again I was denied. At midnight İ walked to the nearby gas station to get a coffee and a bottle of water. İ was told that only in the morning I can get coffee and water. This isn't an acceptable fact, I was traveling the whole day and night, and the hotel can't give me a cup of coffee to relax? I would highly recommend that management review this minor but very important issue.

Dinner service was good, i enjoyed the spaghetti bolognese. I appreciated the car service to rectifiy the shuttle miscommunication. Transport links, near the airport and Therme Spa. Far from town but you can get 2 buses Large comfy bed and sofa bed. Tv can link to your personal netflix account so was nice to watch movies with the children.

The shuttle service had changed and so i had no transportation from the airport even though i had a confirmation email to tell me where to board. Thankfully the hotel sent a driver for me. The hotel information stated there was refreshment ammenties and a playrgound but this was jus a water tank and a small table with an abacus lol. Is that a joke?

After trying several hotels in the airport area, i found the Ibis Styles to be the best, its a 3 to 5 minute walk, if your so inclined, as the taxi was too exspenive, due to the fact that the hotel is locted on the airport side of the main road into Bucharest, a taxi cost me 30 euro, however, the hotel does have a shuttle service, but needs booking in advance. The rooms are clean and modern, with good amenities, tv, fridge, walk in shower, which for myself who iis disabled, was spot on. The staff are generous, helpful and accommodating to the letter, i for one, will be making it my capital city stop over from now on...
