Reception team was super responsive each time I have reached out to them. Also, setting up the airport transfer was fast and on point and even though the flight came quite late in the night, once confirmed the car came quite fast.

I would not call it "didn't liked", have asked for an ironing board and I was told there is one available on 4th floor but honestly was not there and of course could not solve it. Luckily, i had a jacket i could wear over the short so the small wrinkles were not an issue, but for a hotel of that level of stars, this is expected to be available in numbers buget than just one.

This hotel offers exactly what you need from an airport hotel: a spacious, well-soundproofed, spotlessly clean and cleverly designed/modern room, helpful staff, good onsite restaurant, and, of course, a shuttle to the airport that takes under 10 mins - although if you were only taking hand luggage, you could have walked to the airport in 15 mins.

Nothing within the hotel's control, but the bridge over the DN1 road doesn't 'feel' that safe......obviously not a problem if you are taking a taxi/shuttle/car to the hotel.

The outside isn't much to look at but the rooms have been very nicely updated. Go for a lounge room if you'd like a little more room. Right around the corner - 5 min walk - is a Romanian traditional restaurant, and across the street a market where you can get coffee.

Bar tender is not a happy person, and overcharged us for drinks. Restaurant food is expensive.

Very near Bucharest airport. Airport shuttle provided EUR1 only. Slightly confusing instructions as it referenced the Domestic arrival and we arrived from outside the country but the instructions were correct ignoring the Domestic reference. We arrived late in the evening and the restaurant was closed but the receptionist recommended a restaurant still open just a minute walk away, Casa Romaneasca ATENEU. This was a great recommendation, good food. Breakfast was good and the 11am checkout time was appreciated. We used Uber to get into the city centre to meet up with our group, cost RON59 so good value as was an 18km trip.

I think it's the best hotel to choose from if you want a close one to Otopeni Airport. Although it's located in the highway, the rooms we revived were quite even with a slightly opened window. The hotel itself is beautiful - the rooms, the lobby and the restaurant. Spacious rooms with all the necessary things to get you through the night - even the New Testament and the Book of Psalms... We enjoyed 2 Lounge rooms with connecting doors as we requested. The luggage room was very handy when we checked out.

The breakfast is a bit overpriced -19€. The risotto served in the restaurant was either spoiled or badly made - we returned the dish and they didn't charge. The bath wall is 70cm high - you need to climb inside carefully and outside with wet feet without a handle to hold to is even more dangerous. The entrance to the hotel is right on the highway so beware not to miss it and also make sure to slow securely down way in advance.

A very good option for a short stay after a late arrival or before an early departure. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast in the morning. Free shuttle service, which is absolutely necessary: ​​Despite the formal location close to the terminal, there is no short direct walk to it. An additional plus is the proximity to the offices of local rental companies, which are usually located outside the terminal area (we rented a car from Klass Wagen, their office is 10 minutes walk from the hotel). The staff was friendly, polite and helpful, the receptionist answered all our questions and accompanied us on the phone while we waited for the transfer to the hotel.

Not such a big critics, but be aware that you will have to wait for the shuttle and the wait can be 20 minutes or more (probably depends on the day and time of the flight). It was not that easy to find the shuttle stop, but talking to the person at the reception on the phone was really helpful and helped us a lot

Great location near the little station that connects to the city. Great breakfast with friendly staff. Handy shuttle bus to the airport. Nice big clean room at the back of the hotel, very quiet. Didn't try the bar, restaurant or fitness facilities. Good communication when I emailed. We had an early check-in as arrived ~0900hrs. We prefer a shower rather than a bath. But no problem. Good to have Safe in room.

No instructions for the coffee maker, so gave up!

Especially for a late arrival into Bucharest this hotel is excellent. They had the shuttle waiting for us without us needing to phone even though we got in after 1am. Check in was friendly and welcoming with bottled water awaiting us. The room was quiet and very comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities provided. We paid for breakfast which had a good array of hot and cold choices. Check out was late (12 noon) and the shuttle is there to return you to the airport. The airport has good connections via train and bus to the city or via the train to cities elsewhere in Romania. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel was nice and clean, with all the essentials available regardless of hour, either at the reception, at the bar, or in the restaurant. The food was very tasty. The staff were friendly and really helpful. The room was very clean and quite a reasonable size. I will definitely recommend it and use it myself again.

Although just a walking distance from the airport, there's no straightforward crossing from the main road to the hotel, and we found out the hard way. The hotel has coaches available for pick up from the airport but I haven't seen it advertised on the booking. I wish I had that thrown in my face. Now I know to call the hotel, but it would have been a win - win for both the hotel and ourselves to have it somewhere on the booking. Other than that, everything was great.

Very clean, great staff, great receptionists. They deserve a 10 of 10. But the hotel is overpriced for what it offers.I picked it due to the proximity to the airport, but you can only reach it by shuttle or bridge or uber etc... Not able to walk with the carry on...I could not sleep during the night, there is constant noise from the highway and airpprt, I though it was soundproof.

The suite is not s real suite, just one room divided in 2 for bed and sofa. The air conditioning was too strong and you cannot turn it off, just go to a higher temperature and put it on auto. The room was 160 euro for 1 night and the restaurant meal was about 40 dollars for one serving of salmon with salad and water. If I were to come back here... I would pick the Hilton next to the airport.. because it is in walking distance. With this one you need to book a shuttle and it takes 15 to 20 min due to the highway ... you cannot cross the highway like in the past, it is fenced and crazy crowded....the bridge cannot be done with luggage.
