The room was spatious and comfortable. The beds and pillows were perfect and the jacuzzi and sun deck were a nice touch. Breakfast had many options and the egg station was also quite nice. You could ask for different type of eggs ( omlette, fired etc). We enjoyed the bathroom and the complimentary towels, slippers and bathrobe. They were all clean and looked pristine.

The cleaning happened even when the "Do not disturb" sign was on, which was a bit strange. Some boxes were taken although we used them for storage (for shoes and clothes). The restaurant was nice but the staff was a bit out of touch with service ( wrong orders delivered, chaotic attitude of servers). Food came in a weird order and so on. There are only a handful of parking spots and parking arrangement is odd. We had to ask at the reception to move a car to get to our spot and then had to leave our keys for them to move our car once and if needed.

Everything goes well whenever I stay at Sarroglia, I call it my home in Bucharest. The beds are very comfortable, I always get an amazing view of the city, the staff knows me because I stay there so often and treat me like family, and I will continue to choose Sarroglia whenever I come to Bucharest. Keep up the amazing service!

The only thing I don't like about the rooms is the need for the room key to be inserted in a slot in order for everything in the room to work. That takes away from the comfort of the room when I get there and extends the time for the room temperature to get to a comfortable level. Other than that, this place is awesome!

The room was spacious, I loved every single detail of it. I also liked the smart TV, where you could sit and watch whenever, especially after a long day in the city, it gives off a wonderful atmosphere. The beds are comfortable, the view from the room I had was awesome as well. The bathroom was also very clean. The breakfast was also tasty. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who's going to Bucharest and has saved money for accommodation as well. Friendly staff and great facilities are a huge plus for this hotel as well.

Nothing to complain about, it has met my expectations.

Wonderful comfortable and clean rooms, lovely reception staff, who remembered us when we returned at the end of the week and who dealt with us arriving initially at 4am(!) and then gave us an early check in when we returned. Great hot tub and sun area up on the roof.

Breakfast. The woman who cooks has no idea what she’s doing (25 minutes for one omelette? And when it arrived the ‘vegetarian’ one had ham in it!) and spends her time helping herself to cakes and ignoring the customers. The coffee machine is too slow and everything has sugar in it. It’s also in the basement so no option to sit outside.

Great location in beautiful old Bucharest, fantastic breakfast and top notch customer service.

Ridiculously expensive taxi ride organized by the hotel for a ride from hotel to Bucharest international airport Otopeni. 60 euros for an approx. 5 kms journey....

The hotel was a great hotel, the breakfast was very good - hot and cold food, there was a hot tub on the roof that we used. The only poor item about the hotel were there were no hooks or places in the bathroom to put your towels. In fact, there were no hooks in the room to hold items. It would have been very helpful for a few hooks or a shelf to put things on.,

As I stated above, there were no hooks or towel racks to put your towels on in the bathroom, or in the room inself. We could have used a shelf in both the bathroom and room to put things on.

Tthe breakfast was good, the hotel was located 20 minutes from the city center, which was a good walking distance. The hotel receptionist was very welcoming and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

I ordered breakfast take away as I had to go on an excursion early in the morning. The chef forgot to include it and was a bit grumpy. The hotel administrator apologized several times and also offered compensation for this incident. Finally, the situation was resolved pleasantly and the hotel receptionist was very accommodating.

I chose the hotel primarily for its location to the city centre. The reception staff were professional and welcoming. The breakfast had a variety of options, hot, cold and cereals. The hotel also has a restaurant attached. The room also had a well stocked fridge available if wanted The room was very clean. There was also a robe provided, albeit with a broken belt loop, but these things happen

I can’t find a fault.

The property is in a good quiet location. Is very modern. It not a massively populated area with shops n restaurants but that is Budapest. They are dotted around in the area, short distances to walk to, some very good restaurants .Some houses look run down in the area but that is left over from the Cold War. The old town is maybe 25 min walk. The Metro is maybe 15, but tram and bus stops at hotel .

No kettle in the room , but that’s me being British and wanting a cup of tea in the morning 😂😂😂😂

We had a junior suite, with a hot tub and shower that elevated the stay! With my partner we enjoyed it very much. The room was very spacious with a small armchair and coffee table for relaxing, as well as a desk that could be used for work. The room had a big TV that could be moved and be watched while staying in the hot tub, which was a great feature. The room was very clean, the floors were warm, it had amazingly soft towels, great quality toiletries and snuggle-y bathrobes. The bed was comfy but it was making a squeaky noise every time you moved, which was actually the only "meh" thing in this whole hotel experience. The breakfast was great, with a lot of tasty and fresh food, and with great options for vegetarians. There was even available staff that could cook the omelette just how you want it! There was also fresh fruits and vegetables. Perfect service! The hotel also has a restaurant at the ground floor (reachable by elevator, so you don't have to go outside!) and at the check-in we received a 10% for a restaurant meal which was very nice - the food was tasty there too!

As mentioned above - the only downside was the squeaky bed when you were moving, nothing else.
