We hosted a family in September. We took two apartments. Great location, great staff, very clean. The kitchenette allows you to prepare any meal. There are dishes exactly for two people plus a pan and a pot. There is a coffee machine, microwave, stove and refrigerator. There was no cleaning rag. There is an underground parking lot under the building for a fee of 30 lei.

There was a problem with the water going down in the shower, so I didn't give a maximum score. In addition, the air conditioning did not work the second night or I did not know how to turn it on. On the first day it worked great. I suppose if I had called them they would have arranged it.Another problem, they promised me in writing that the two apartments would be next to each other and when I arrived the apartments were not next to each other.

One of few hotels for which I can honestly say everything was absolutely perfect. There was not a single thing I did not linke about the hotel, not a single thing I could complain about. The apartment was large and comfortable, the bed was perfect, the air-conditioning was working without any issues, the kitchen was well equiped (although we did not use it). There is an underground garage, which is very useful in the city where parking spaces are practically non-existent. It was close to the center, within walking distance (ca. 10 minutes). When you look for accommodation in Bucarest, you will see lots of nice apartments in old buildings, with guests compaining of smell in the staircase and poor state of the common area on the building. This property - Amadeus Residence - is totally different, as the whole building has been fully renovated. When I go to Bucarest again, I will surely stay in this place (unless the prices go up a lot, which would not surprise me, as this is really a gem).

Such amazing value for money when staying in Bucharest. The aparthotel is very clean and modern and our room was spacious. The air con worked really well (which was needed during a very hot few days in June!) and it was a 15 minute walk to the old town centre. Staff on reception always friendly and there is security at the hotel in the evenings.

Our room wasn't cleaned or checked on during our stay (it was only for 3 nights which is understandable) but it meant we had to ask at reception for another toilet roll and one coffee pod for the final morning. Other than this, literally nothing to fault and for the price we paid it was excellent.

The apartment in general was great, and I recommend it. It had everything we need. The location was good (15-20 mins walking to old town). The lady responsible for the apartment was exceptional when it comes to communication. Whenever writing a message I would receive a reply within 2-3 minutes. Also, as we arrived a bit later than planned, so the lady arrange a locker to leave us key for the apprtment. The appartment offers parking, but we chose to use the Bucharest parking (for the same price - 30 lei per day) and parked the car in the next street on the left (40 meters away from the appartment). It was more flexible option as Bucharest is a one zone parking, and we used to visit some parks and monuments while haveing the same valid parking.

In general everything was great. The only thing we didnt like was that we had twin room (instead of double room) but this is not to blame anyone, it was the only avaialble option at the time we made the booking.

Personal very friendly and helpful. Room very spacious, even if there had been 2 persons in the room. Room had a balcony with view onto trees. Noise from electrical equipment, e.g. fridge and air conditioner, only minimal.

very strong perfumed smell in the hallway. Not very good sound proofing to hallway. One is able to understand conversations in hallway. Never heard conversations from room next door, but not sure, if i actually had neighbours. There were some unidentifiable small objects in the shower, which suggests only superficial cleaning. Both chairs in kitchen/dining area had stains, from either water, sweat, ... I used the second towel as a cover. However, the rest of the room was very clean, no dirt or dust on floor and clean sheets!

The apartment was excellent, very big and vide, spotlessly clean, well furnished. The receptionists were very polite. There is underground garage, very safe for the car, which costs around 6 euros per night. There is security in front of the residence. It is in a quiet area, 20 minutes of walking to the city center. Restaurants and shops near the residence. Everything is perfect!

Very good location, facilities, friendly staff, prompt and smooth communication, handy parking. A calm place, nice backyard with trees and birds singing, really lovely. All spaces perfectly clean. Good functional appliances in kitchen and bathroom. Having an elevator is also a plus.

The only thing that was not comfortable for us is that the kitchenette working surface is really small - perfectly fine for someone who does not cook and is OK with a snack. For us breakfast is the main meal of the day, so we do some cooking.

The place is just perfect. The rooms are spacious and clean! They provide a lot of amenities. The staff is also awesome and helpful. There is a supermarket near the place for your everyday things to buy. The old city center which has tons of restaurants and stuff to visit/explore is like a 15-20~ minute walk. There is a lot of public transport which is easy to use, but the easiest way of transporting ( for us at least ) is Uber, and it doesn't cost that much it's quite cheap.

Everything was perfect for our taste. We couldn't find something that was not pleasant for us. The place and the city were just awesome.

Perfect place for our family to see Bucharest. The 2 bedroom suite was spacious and very clean. We liked the kitchenette where you can fix your own meals. The whole place is very nicely decorated and designed. We definitely liked the private parking garage, with additional 30 RON/day. That's a big advantage when staying in the city center. The location is awesome, just 10-15 minutes walking to all major attractions. Plenty of restaurants nearby and supermarkets. Great value for money.

We were located on the first floor near the lobby. At night and early morning, you could hear people walking and talking nearby when entering or exiting the hotel.

This is a very nice property, clean and exceptionally well maintained. The rooms are well appointed, spacious, and clean. Comfortable beds. Quiet and relaxing. There is a parking garage and guest laundry on site. There are grocery stores very close by. Every time I travel to Bucharest I stay here. It is like home to me. The staff is very personable, friendly, and helpful. I will return again in February 2025.

There is absolutely nothing that I can think of that I did not like about the property. I love this place!!
