I benefited from an unexpected room upgrade – a very pleasant surprise! The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast room were sociable, kind and friendly. The location of the hotel was a great advantage for the purpose of my visit to Cluj, and it was just a few minutes walk from the central square. The room felt fresh and clean, and the air conditioner worked well on a hot day.

Splitting the inner courtyard with neighbors for parking is a bit unusual and can be challenging when passing by the corner of the building with a larger car...

Very good hotel in a convenient location, it is basically downtown, just a short walking distance from all major things. We got free a upgrade to a larger room and that was very comfortable with a lot of space. The breakfast was great with quite a few options to choose from. The staff is absolutely friendly and helpful. I would definitely return.

Nothing really to complain about. I have have to mention something, I would notice that the shower cabin is very tight, it is a bit uncomfortable. And my partner complained about the coffee at the breakfast not being really good. But there are many options for a great coffee at a short walking distance.

Awesome hotel, basically 4-star quality for a 3-star price. Everything is new and perfectly clean. Very comfortable rooms with enough space and all the necessities, lovely and helpful staff, great location within walking distance to the city center. Breakfast is decent and worth the money. Wifi is good enough even for working from your room. Great service overall, highly recommended.

Perfect for a short or longer stay in Cluz, less than a 15-minute walk from Piata Unirii. Very comfortable room in every way and convenient free parking on the premises for our motorcycle (it's not fully secured, but it's not on the street so it was ok). Very friendly staff, gave us a room upgrade free of charge.

Only minor things - I'd be happy to stay here again. Room decor needed freshening up a little - felt a bit dated, carpet fairly worn etc. Everything was perfectly functional though Breakfast fairly basic I didn't trust that leaving my luggage was completely safe - somebody else could have collected my bag and walked away with it

This turned out to be a very good place to stay - 10 minutes walk from downtown, yet not expensive. It was very calm (room was facing the other side of the main street). The room was small but comfortable. Decent breakfast.

The mattress was too soft for me, but probably a question of taste.

Obviously the hotel cannot do anything about this, but it is not in an ideal location especially for those relying on public transport. It is a long way from the train station and local amenities. Unfortunately it is not on a bus or tram route and the road outside is full of speeding traffic. Cluj really needs to fight back against the motor car!

Warm and welcome staff that was super delightful to interact with. When it rained heavily, they even gave us a set of umbrellas. Good and spacious room. Very clean. Warm showers. They gave us pointers on where to go in Cluj. Just overall a delightful experience. Will be coming back.

The location in quite central, very close to the historical city center (15 minutes walk from Unirii Square); we were accommodated in a room with the windows facing a busy boulevard, but it was quiet, great for enjoying a good night's sleep. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, we asked for extra pillows and the personnel quickly followed our request. Good value for money, spacious room and bathroom (I believe we got upgraded for the Junior suite), definitely recommend it.

The property is situated in a central location. The fact that it was in a walking distance to where I needed to be is one of its strong points. They also provided a parking space for my means of transportation. The staff is friendly and always helped me with a smile on their faces. I always got a response when I wrote via Booking.com's messaging system. The room was clean and warm. Finally, but not last, the breakfast was delicious.

I spent most of my time within the city, rather than at the hotel. However, during my stay, there wasn't anything to dislike. For a 3 star hotel, it exceeded my expectations and I'll surely return someday.
