Got upgraded to 2 room Suite. Amazing room! Attentive reception employees. Only one comment - Food staff at breakfast room can be kinder, and if a guest points out that there is no more omelette, and we are the only guests in the dining room - you prepare more omelet, and not bark at the guest to eat a boiled egg.

Big and comfortable room. Good location.

We had to check out at night and there was no on at the reception. We had to leave the key and go. (Prepaid payment)

All. Very helpful and friendly staff. All very clean. Good location-10 min. walk to the city center. Spacious rooms, safe, fridge, very comfortable beds. Basic, but good breakfast. A few parking places. Enough, I think.

The sockets behind the TV-set had some problems. They were not properly fixed in the wall and there was a bad contact or a shortage with the fridge. Only the long coffee from the coffee machine in the breakfast room was sugar free.

Nice clean and modern room. Receptionist were nice. Comfortable bed. Curtains in room quite good. Location 15-20min walking from city center. We took this hotel because of parking, and when we arrive there was not parking... So very disappointed. It would be nice to say that there are only 10 exterior places for all hotel. You will be able to park in the street. Wifi was working little bad. There is fridge in the room (but it was very noisy).

The room we get was on 4 th floor and the elevator goes only to the 3 rd floor. In the morning at 7 o'clock a strong food smell came in the room, no ideea how as we were on the 4th floor. Small bug welcomed us in the room. (on curtain) After breakfast key card was blocked no access in the room

value for money hotel especially if you stay at one of their premium rooms, clean establishment, recently renovated, within walking distance from city center, friendly staff

nothing in particular went significantly wrong. Perhaps the breakfast could have slightly more food variety, but in general it was fine.

We received an unexpectedly spacious room with a king-sized bed, sofa and balcony. We were able to check-in early and leave our suitacase at the reception for a couple of hours after check-out (free-of-charge). The staff was friendly, available and eager to help. The room was cleaned daily.

The property has a good location although it is not directly in the city centre.

The staff was very helpful and open to help. I had a problem with the smell in the room and they listened to my feedback, verified and tried to remediate the problem and then changed my room. The room was clean. Check out hours is later than other places I stayed in. Reception was open longer. Close to the center. Close to the city entrance/exit. I avoided the traffic jam when leaving and it was really helpful.

Only few parking places and some of them really tight. For the first night I was not able to park in the hotel parking. But in the 2nd day I managed to park there. The problem I has with the smell in the room. But it was fixed.

Has many parking spots if u have a car with you and their rooms are luxury looking and big enough for a room size. My stay was pleasant and of course if I will come back in Cluj I will choose them again without any doubt! PS: the reception guys are well informed, helpful in any instance and all of them speak good English! Congrats

Good large room with comfortable bed(s) and spacious bathroom on first floor of pleasant, bright, clean hotel. Nice breakfast available in smart dining room. The hotel has a 24-hour reception. The city centre is about 15 minutes' walk downhill from the hotel

Quite busy road adjoining the hotel, though the double glazing was efficient and we slept well.
