Free private parking, central location within walking distance to the city center. The staff was really helpful all the time. The cleaning staff did a very good job daily.

The rooms and the carpets in the hallways could really use a restoration, because they are pretty worn out. Breakfast could use some improvement as well. The EV charging station was not working (the previous times I stayed at this hotel it worked perfectly) and it was one of the reasons I chose the hotel in the first place. I understand that things break from time to time, but I was not notified about this in advance.

Pros: -I literally will say EVERYTHING! This was the second time we staid a the hotel and when we saw there is availability, we booked the hotel without looking for anything else in Cluj. First time we visited in 2016 and, if anything, things got even better! -Room was very clean and well maintained -Room was very warm and quiet and we were able to enjoy a good night sleep after not being able to sleep comfortably in two other 4* hotels in Vienna and Budapest -Bathroom had floor hearing and was unbelievably nice not to be cold once you took a shower -Bed was unbelievably comfy, soft with soft and well formed pillows, 2 bed covers and 2 thick blankets -Breakfast was simply fantastic offering a choice of almost anything you could want -It was the first hotel of 4 we stayed in, during the last week, that actually had an EV AC Charger so I could charge my EV to 100% on AC during the night. Fantastic addition to the hotel! -Internet with excellent coverage in the whole room

Cons: -I am the type of person that will gush at almost nothing, but for Lol et Lola I can say I have NOTHING negative to point out. We were actually sad to have to leave as we felt SOOOO GOOD! -But, if i have to nitpick I will say 2 light bulbs were spent :)

I like that the rooms have different themes and each has its own story. I also liked all was clean, it always smelled nice, bed sheets&co, bathroom, etc. - always spotless. Location was great - close to the city center, accessible by close bus stops. And, they have candy at the reception, which is a great temptation. The rooms are smaller that what most people are probably used to, but it's never a bother, you can navigate within them and all is very cozy. The staff is super friendly and nice, they deserve a raise ;)

It's a bit tricky to find the place, as it's on a smaller street, behind a bigger street, in a courtyard with other houses. Also - one of the houses has a loud, aggressive dog, so beware that you will be barked at; does not seem the dog can get out, thou.. but the sounds it makes, especially if you come out at night, are quite frightening, as you feel it might jump the fence onto you.

The hotel is a masterpiece of modern approach in traveling accommodation; beautiful design, functional, the space is not large in the rooms but the architect exploited it to the max, generating all the comfort one needs. New tech approaches in the room, useful touch buttons. Perfectly placed in a central area, walking distance to key places. Great staff, excellent service. One of the few hotels where the elevator works well and fast. Great breakfast options, real good surprise.

Pressure of water in the shower was 90%, not big deal, just mentioning. Tiles in the shower slightly slippery, a plastic "bullets mat" could help to avoid an eventual falling. With a bit of attention, it works. I understand that parking gate cannot have a hotel name sign (city hall restriction); but a pink (brand color) arrow would be very helpful to fast identify parking entrance.

The design of the hotel and the amazing staff are the stars of the show for me. The location is also perfect if you wanna be close to the city center,but away from the busy streets. They have expanded the breakfast selection and it includes traditional stuff such as eggplant salad,so I really loved it😊

There may be a problem with adjusting the floor heating in the single rooms we were assigned, it wouldn’t turn off or go down no matter the thermostat temperature we set. In all fairness, I didn’t notify the reception, they might have been able to help. But it should have definitely been more straight forward for us to adjust it ourselves via the thermostat.

The position and the reception area are lovely..The hotel felt cosy and secluded, as if it was in the country even though the big city streets were very close by. The staff were all helpful and cheerful, especially the staff at breakfast who were very attentive. Although the breakfast offered many food choices there was hardly anything for vegans, but soya milk was brought out when requested. A suggestion, since vegetarians were catered for, please make the vegetarian food vegan, then everyone can eat it. ( FYI..Vegans do not eat eggs and dairy products, but vegetarians do therefore most vegetarian food is totally unsuitable for vegans.) . Outside there was a lovely little terrace but it did need some parasols over seats and tables since there is no shade, there. Overall, it was a very good experience with a very nice atmosphere in the hotel with very likeable staff.

The hotel is small but cozy, very close to the old city centre. The bed was also large and comfortable. There is an electric kettle in the room which is helpful in the colder days. It has a parking which is a big plus. Breakfast was really good too, with eggs, sausages, salads, cold appetizers, bakery etc. oh, and the choice of organic teas is wonderful!

The entrance to the hotel is a bit tricky, but once you figured it out, it’s ok!

Brilliant location - the hotel was a short walk away from just about everything we wanted to visit. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was yummy and varied, and a big plus for the decor too.

No complaints, everything was as we expected. If I were nitpicky, I'd say the entrance to the hotel is a bit confusing if you don't know the city, but everything worked out in the end.

I didn’t love my room… but I didn’t complain . I got the Rock room which was dark for my taste. Didn’t suit the vibe of my stay. Maybe is personal… but i fell in love with the colourful rooms when booking. Just make sure you request the room of your own taste.

Nice situated. Kind amd polite staff. Good food at breakfast. I appreciated the effort to have a thematic design(rock n roll) Parking space it is a big plus in the city center

The room needed some little repairs here and there( some new painf on the walls, a new shower head etc) Powder juice at breakfast, for a 4 star hotel this is not acceptable.
