The apartment was amazingly unique, clean and well maintained. equipped with all needed facilities. Quite, comfortable. High end apartment.

The host didn’t send me enterance code to get to the property. Even though early check in was approved by them. I had arrived the property and stood outside the gate for more than 20 min, trying to contact the host via booking messaging system but no response. Only by a coincidence one of the employers came to her shift, noticed us outside, asked us what we want, we told her about our reservation, she contacted by phone the host to confirm it, and then she let us into the apartment, wrote the access code of the apartment and the gate outside on a note and gave us. Without any gesture for compensation.

Everything is perfectly modern inside the hotel: bedroom, excellent living room, bathroom with washing machine, kitchen with machine dish and all needed. From the balcony you can see a beautiful panorama of the city in the valley. There are gardens and trees around and very quiet place. Parking is ok.

The place is not very close to the city center, but nearby a local district with building from old communist times. To enter into the parking it was needed to call a local tel number, honestly not easy, because my tel was off. Nobody was at the reception.

The property is situated in a great location, just a few minutes away from the city centre. It is clean and spacious, just enough for what we needed as a couple. The apartment is equipped with everything one could ask for.

The bed and the sofa were hard and very uncomfortable. It’s good that there is a washing machine but there is nothing to hang the clothes on to dry them. A kitchen towel would also be handy to have.

Location is within walking distance to a number of restaurants. Apartments are VERY luxurious and I can highly recommend this place.

All access is via codes over the internet. I had some small problems due to arrival earlier, than informed to the administrators. I urge the hotel to provide the access codes at least a couple of hors before expected arrival. Besides this, there was nothing I did not like.

The location is in Zorilor, residential area, fairly close to Historic Walkways. One could walk to turistic attractions available in the area but may consider taking a taxi back uphill 🙂. Quiet location, very clean, and staff were very friendly and helpful.

The shower cabin door, if not well aligned over the basin treshold, may cause water to run down the door outside the basin. A few hooks for towels or a minimalist drying rack may come handy especially for a few days or longer stays.

Very clean, modern, good size apartment, close to city center, in the middle of city’s universities. All is automated, so check-in is very easy at any hour. Private, gated parking. Area is very safe anyway. Comfortable bed. Good size shower room with toiletries. All utilities in the kitchen to cook for yourself, if you’d wish. Coffee machine and coffee on site. Kettle and tea provided also. Two small bottles of water in the fridge. Personally, I highly appreciate having water and coffee in a hotel room. There really isn’t anything to complain about. I will definitely book again.

If I were to be very picky, I’d maybe say that it would be perfect if there’d be a nice restaurant near-by. There are, but within a 15-20 minutes walk. However, there are at two MegaImage supermarkets at less than 5 minutes walk.

Nice house, key-free entrance (code on entrance door, code on apartment door), all new in the apartment, kitchen had all what was needed to cook breakfast or dinner. Sheets and towels were very clean. There is climate-control, one can adjust temperature and radiators will become hot if needed. Car parking is just near the windows (we lived in the ground floor), which is very convenient.

Wifi in hotel's corridor and lobby was very good. I assume that in other rooms Wifi was also good. But in our apartment (Nr. 11, ground floor) Wifi was really bad. Moreover, mobile internet was not functioning at all. It seems to me it's because of shielding from nearby houses and hotel's fence, but dear hosts, please do something to it! May be some additional signal strenghtening device will help, but it is just ridiculous when there is absolutely no internet in the apartment, then I open apartment's door, make literally 2 steps to the lobby and - alas! - Wifi is here again, signal is strong and steady!

The best thing was how responsive and accommodating and helpful the host was. The fact that it had a gate to the property provided for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The area around the hotel was quiet yet also not too far from the city centre. The check-in was smooth with all the information provided before showing up and was easy to follow.

Since the laundry machines were advertised, I would appreciate to have the possibility to purchase detergent on site. The host brought us detergent so it was not an issue by the end but it would have been nice to have a heads up in advance that detergent is not available on site.

Location is fairly close to city center. Very spacious and clean apartment. Comfortable bed. Blinds cover ok. Large balcony. Helpful and kind host. Easy check in and check out.

Kitchen facilities had some issues. The host took care of them.

As an Irishman travelling alone but had an amazing view and Cluj business class was high standard and exceptionally comfortable quiet and peaceful exactly what I was looking for. The two woman domestic staff I met were so friendly and helpful and made me smile and made sure I was Ok for everything. Although expensive I would definitely come back. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable.and I felt so at home. 😀*****+
