The hotel was really great! The proximity to the city center and modes of transportation make it a good location. The staff is friendly and will help you with any additional requests you may have. The hotel is quite clean and the breakfast is good.

The breakfast could be more varied and maybe the furniture could be better dusted in some places. These are minor problems though. Do keep in mind that this hotel right on the main road of Cluj, which gets quite a lot of traffic even in the middle of the night. Ask the property if they can give you a room that is not towards the main road if you are light sleeper.

Really nice staff, the hotel looks very good on the inside from an architectural point of view. Spacious rooms, clean bathroom, hot water almost instantly. Breakfast was really good. Lots of types of eggs, ham, cheese, jam, sausages. All the food was 10/10. About the location: 5 minutes away from a shopping center. You also have a really big Kaufland 2 minutes away (behind the hotel), and a gas station right next to the hotel. You are a 10 minute walk from the center if I'm not mistaken, max 15 min walk from BT arena. You also have a good kebab down the street, near the shopping center.

Only complaint is that at the breakfast the orange juice was quite watery (the taste was a bit faded). Also sometimes they didn't restock omlette or bacon, but I am sure they would have if you asked them to.

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night, and it was an absolutely perfect experience. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was quickly escorted to my room, which was a haven of comfort and elegance. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the amenities were top-notch. I also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's restaurant, where the food was divine and the service impeccable. Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations and provided me with a memorable stay that I'll cherish. I can't wait to return!

The location is great, next to a gas station and close to the center. Breakfast is good, the room is spacious and the air conditioning works well. The bathroom is large. The staff is polite and helps you out. For the price, it is excellent. Would go here again and really recommend to others.

Location was great, the parking lot, great space in the room, the food and the coffee were great.

The restaurant was open only for breakfast, it would have been nice to be able to buy something to drink and spend time on the terrace, the toilet was not in a great condiționat ( some more cleaning would be good), the bed was squeaking when turning from one side to another. Some anti bugs protection at window would help a lot so you can keep the window open at night in the summer. Something that is not hotel's fault: the ongoing construction of the street in front.

Breakfast was good with hot food, cereals, hot & cold drinks. Good location with supermarket nearby and restaurant/takeaway joints within walking distance. Road is covered by many buses going into the city, which is useful.

TV in my room didn't have any English channels, although the one in the reception did. The room phone wasn't working either but it didn't bother me too much

This is our second time at this hotel and it was as good as last time. Clean, spacious and cosy. Plenty of options for breakfast. Enough room in the parking lot. Actually we noticed they enlarged the parking space.

Very warm in the room. But I prefer that then being too cold. A trash bin in the room would be useful.

Breakfast was great. No dinner the evening that i stayed, so, on the receptionists recommendation I walked to an excellent restaurant, 5 minutes away. The hotel is on a busy road, not downtown, but for me, it was fine. I got an Uber to the airport next morning. No complaints, clean, great breakfast, good value, exactly what I wanted

The staff was super friendly and welcoming, trying to find solutions for all additional requests. They helped inclusively with finding internet connections, getting around, ordering taxi and finding landmarks in the area. The room was comfy and quiet, with big widows and lots of light. The breakfast was ok, coffee excellent and lots of local sweets and meats. There were parking spaces and the hotel is not far from the airport, so very convenient for a local place.

The internet connection is a big issue, as everyone is working and is hard to keep connecting. There is internet on the premise but it was unstable. The other issue was the construction site around the hotel - but this is not something the staff could control, as the whole city seems under construction.
