Breakfast is good and you have plenty of choice. They have a good selection of pastries and eggs. Room was clean and spacious. Room service is also very good.

Unfortunatelly the breakfast closing at 10AM feels rushed because the same room is used for the restaurant which opens at 11AM for lunch. Windows to the rooms do not open at all which makes the room feel a bit stuffy at times. Parking spaces are not enough to accomodate all the guests, or the staff does not try to reserve the parking spots for the clients. Numerous times I had to park on the sidewalk of the hotel because all the spots were taken. Also my wife wanted to try the gym during our stay, but she was warned by the staff that the the space is in renovation. Unfortunatelly it was completely unusable due to the flooded ceiling, lack of gym mats and non-functional sports equipment.

The room was exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well soundproofed, which made for a restful stay. Blackout curtains ensured complete darkness at night, and the large, comfortable bed provided excellent sleep quality. The room was thoughtfully equipped with bathrobes, slippers, a minibar, and a wide selection of toiletries. A particularly nice touch was the option to play hotel music in the bathroom, which added to the relaxation while bathing. The restaurant offered delicious meals, and breakfast was truly outstanding – one of the best I have experienced. The variety was remarkable, ranging from warm and cold dishes to unique touches such as an entire wheel of cheese and a natural honeycomb to cut fresh honey directly onto your plate. Parking was convenient, with spaces available both in front of the hotel and in the underground garage. Altogether, the hotel combined comfort, attention to detail, and excellent service, making the stay highly enjoyable.

The hotel looks exactly like the pictures. Beautiful hotel. Starting from the receptionist, she went above and beyond expectations and went out of her way to park my car. The room is in new condition, equipped with all the necessary equipment for the comfort of the occupant, including everything that should be in a luxury hotel room. The breakfast is very rich, there is a large selection of food, the staff in the dining room was very attentive. I had no additional charges, even bottles of drinks in the room were free. The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a huge choice and very friendly service by the breakfast team.

There was no closet in the room so we couldn't unpack the suitcase. The cleaning service was not great. Each day we had to remind them about something they forgot. One day they only brought one towel, the other day they forgot the shampoo. Also the location is out of the city center. It is about 20 minutes drive and there is also an option to take a bus from the hotel to the center of town.

We loved everything about our stay at the Golden Tulip Ana Dome Hotel, we felt that the money we paid was very well invested. The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained, the room perfect, so clean and beautiful and the breakfast was amazing! The personnel at the hotel is very kind and very professional, specially the boy the evening of feb 1st and the girls at the reception in the morning of Feb 2nd, they helped us with helpful information about the city center and were very nice all the time. We thank you for making out experience in Cluj unforgettable!

The staff (girls)were amazing, super helpful. specially Patricia, she helped me to book my bus ticket. A young man was there wasn't helpful at all. I think he needs customer service training, any questions I asked his answer was "I don't know " but the girls were always helpful. Thank you ladies for your kindness.

The location was out of city but the were regular buses near the hotel.

Very good hotel, courteous staff, large clean rooms, recommend the high floors. Very good breakfast. Excellent hotel, very good service from the staff. Large dining room, a large selection of dishes for breakfast, in the evening the dining room turns into a restaurant, reasonable prices. Large and clean rooms, free parking on site. This is a great hotel with excellent service and staff. Everything in the hotel is modern and clean. The restaurant is excellent and open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. WiFi was fast. Desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. Taxi service from and to the hotel is reasonable and prompt. Parking is available above ground as well as in a garage. Check-in and check-out times are generous as well as breakfast hours.

Extremely small parking, at some hours no place to leave the car, the parking under hotel only for small cars. Location of the hotel not best for the ones travelling to the east and north - every day plus 45 minutes in traffic jam. Sauna exists, but was not ready to use (not heated).

Located in a quiet area, nice ambiance inside hotel, rooms were clean enough and the breakfast was amazing, I was impressed by the large variations of options to choose from aside the usual breakfast options you normally find.
