A newly opened hotel boasting modern design, upscale amenities, and a thoughtfully furnished suite. The suite was spacious and well-appointed, making it very convenient for those who need to work during their stay. Both restaurants are located just outside the hotel in the adjoining shopping center, and breakfast is served in one of them. The morning spread is varied and delicious. The lunch and dinner menus are diverse and exceptionally flavorful. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

For a five-star hotel, it's rather disappointing not to be able to stop directly in front of the entrance when arriving by car. Guests must park in a shared underground parking lot (which also serves the adjacent shopping center), which makes unloading luggage difficult. For easier access, I recommend parking near Zone A in the parking lot, closest to the hotel entrance on the lower level. There is no luggage assistance or valet parking upon arrival, services generally expected at a five-star hotel. Furthermore, I discovered a sock left by a previous guest near the bed. I had intentionally left there in the hopes that it would be removed during the next housekeeping visit, so perhaps more attention to detail was required from the housekeeping staff.

Everything was extremely beautiful, the quality of the room is top-notch, almost luxurious, a very comfortable mini-apartment that makes you not want to leave the city at all, encouraging you to spend a lot of time inside. Very beautiful.

We didn’t like that they didn’t give us water upon arrival. At a 5-star hotel, you expect to at least get free water. We’ve stayed at other 5-star places before, and we know the approach is usually a bit different.

It’s a gorgeous modern hotel, and the corner suite was spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the balcony views of the surrounding hills and the little rooftop park that connected the hotel building with other nearby apartment buildings. The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom - modern and sleek with a great walk in shower. The generous walk-in wardrobe that connected the living space with the bedroom and bathroom was a lovely surprise. I would stay again and recommend it.

A free transfer to the airport would’ve been ideal. I thought the transfer was included when I booked the hotel, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. It’s not a big deal, but it’s one of these little things that distinguishes a great hotel from their competitors.

Great hotel close to the city center. The hotel is located in the same building as the shopping mall, so all in one place :). The breakfast was good, and we were satisfied. Great location, good parking option in the garage, walking distance to the downtown (15 min). All was great!

The room was big, modern and very clean. The hotel is in a mini mall and you have a market and a farmacy if you need something. The breakfast was amazing The parking is inside the mall and is free for the hotel. Is near the old city were you have good restaurants.

Everything was perfect

The room was a whole apartment, very impressive for the price. Coffee served at the restaurant was great! Decent hot food menu for breakfast. Staff friendly. Décor nice.

No food after we arrived around 23:00, hard to order food on apps, not in English and many ccs decline. Not that much food in mini bar and NOT 24hr room service. I forgot my plug adapter too, but only USB port I could find was on back of TV and took all night to charge one device, suggest to install a couple at least in each room - for idiots like me! Reception also didn’t have any spare. I got a bit lost in the apartment, also couldn’t find the Iron for ages. Coffee machine had an additional button which I couldn’t find but reception helped. Again, idiots like me need more instructions. Missing a bar, with the atmosphere, just reception and seating area, unless the bar was somewhere else? no signs.

An interesting concept: hotel + mall + restaurants + terraces + residential apartments

Although I have come across the idea of a hotel together with a mall, this is the first hotel that does not have its own place where you can serve a coffee or a drink. In the restaurants that serve the hotel, anyone who wants has easy access, they are not conditioned to be the hotel's customers. Which can be unpleasant, sometimes...

Nice location with the shopping mall very close by and bus stations across the street. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Hotel felt very empty during our stay. Maybe off season. Housekeeping staff was not very friendly.

Very nice location, 2-3 bus stop to down town. Hotel is part of mall what was actually fun and great to stop by. Staff is nice, some are nicer than other but will give that "language problems", in restaurants are maybe to many kids who work, they are simpatic but for 5 star you aspect more talk and service.

Bed was soft

The suite was exceptional! Superb location, great service. Good breakfast.

The EV charger was always blocked by fully charged cars. There are very few vegetable options at breakfast.
