The location was perfect! Right in the city centre. The staff are lovely and helpful! And everything is so well explained to get to your bed without any staff around. They have plenty of information around and everything is so easy. If you like pubs- the location is so good! Try the rock place right in front!

The rooms are too small and quite claustrophobic to have 4 beds- The beds are not really comfortable- if you are in the top bunk bed - you are really shaking the whole night when the person below moves- also to get to the top bed its quite difficult as some are missing the guardrail to grab it.

This hostel is in the old town, so it has a perfect location. The staff is very kind and helpful, with a prompt answer. When I arrived the heater was not working properly, they offered me another room where everything was good. The morning staff was happy to suggest places to visit. The bed was very comfortable with a warm duvet. Hot water from the shower. Locker near the bed. There is also a little kitchen with a microwave, kettle, mugs, plates, cutleries and some condiments. In the basement there is a sauna, well maintained. It takes 1 h and half to warmup, so book the sauna in advance if you want to use it. It's free if your reservation is for at least 3 nights, otherwise it costs only 40 leu (8€ ).

To reach the hostel, you have to walk through a street that is dark, no lights, so it may look uncomfortable.

Great place to stay at if you're in Cluj-Napoca. Even though the reception was closed when I arrived, they made sure everything was ready and it was easy to find everything. It's super central and there are many bars and restaurants closeby. The room got cleaned every day, which was great. Host was also very kind, I could leave my luggage at the hostel after checking out.

I believe the description on booking.com still says that you have 24h reception. Maybe to avoid guests from getting wrong expectations you could change that

Self check-in is amazing when you arrive too early or too late! No need to wait for the staff.

The Hostel was really nice. It is clean, the location is more than perfect and the most important part, the Staff was AMAZING. I want to Share that they helped my friends and I regarding a really uncomfortable situation in another hostel of the city, giving us the chance to book last minute and with flexibility while we were solving and managing the situation in thee other place. They really take care of their guests something that didn't happen in the other hostel. Thank you team it was a really important support what you gave to us!

Really nice hostel, great location, lovely staff. Decent facilities, nice vibe. Very welcoming. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Some things were unavailable at my time of stay - eg the downstairs common area. One of the wifi routers was also down so wifi was limited to the reception area. Small things though, and I would still recommend the place.

I love the environment; it is a place made for young travelers, with favorable conditions for socializing in the 'living room' with free coffee and everything. The host, Ciprian, is very nice, and I hope to see him again one day. The location is perfect; it's in the old city, a bit off, but there's a supermarket close by, and you can join free tours around Cluj or some specialized tours for a fee. I enjoyed it, and I recommend staying here if you are an adventurer.

I came back to this place a month later, and stayed 4 nights instead of 1, and also on the first floor, which was very quiet in comparison to the room on the street level, also has a private bathroom. Staff was amazing and recommended nices places to eat and to work with the computer. It's also a good place to make new friends, I kept 4 new contacts just by hanging out in the common (reception) room, people that I will meet again. Also: perfect location, in the old town near universities, coffee machine, free tea, shower and bathrooms are nice. Good towels. Good internet. Each bed has its own lamp and electrical socket + usb too. Check-in works 24/7 because you are given a private code to unlock doors, that's a great system. The admin even extended by code by a few hours to let me have a late check-out, and lent me a padlock, thanks!

Bunk beds have a thin frame and will move a lot. The bed linen is a bit basic. The shower in the private bathroom was under repair (but not a big deal, the shower downstairs was available).

The staff is very friendly, the location is perfect for exploring the city and, last but not least, the hotel has a sauna.

The other hotel guests are disrespectful of the common areas and the noise at night. One of the staff members seems to care more about attractive women than any other guests, even going so far as to ignore them. This is completely unprofessional.

Very nice place in a nice area of Cluj Napoca. The common room was full of useful info about Romania and the receptionist really helpful. I loved the coffee machine and the travellers staying the same time as me were really friendly. The window of the top dorm made me think of the inn in “Fearless Vampire Killers” so I knew I was getting closer to the count. Also : I forgot my shampoo in the shower and it was still there in the evening so I regained faith in humanity.
