Very nice boutique hotel, just about ten minutes walk to Plaza Unirii. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are modern and clean. Bathroom was spacious, shower got hot very quickly. The beds were wonderfully soft. There is a lift to access the rooms, but steps from the street to access the hotel itself. Breakfast was a nice mix of typical Romanian breakfast food, plus some pastries. An attendant took care of the coffee machine for the guests. There is also a cafe and a bakery just down the hill if you don't want to eat in the hotel. The parking is a huge plus, but a little tricky. The hotel shares the parking with another hotel (Lol et Lola) on the street behind. To access, drive down the back road (Str Neagra). The gate is on the right (marked no.9), just opposite an alley to the left. There is a buzzer if they don't see you on the camera to open the gate.

The small area outside the front door at the top of the steps was the "smoking area", so exiting and entering the hotel is like walking through an ashtray.

Everything was lovely. Spacious room, outstanding cleanliness, tasty breakfast, very nice personnel, eager to help at any time. AC was working great during those torrid days and the place was quite so I did sleep well.

Nothing that I would consider negative aspects, so to speak. Maybe some more precise information regarding the clothes washing and ironing services would be of use for the visitor. For example: the list of types of clothes for which the hotel provides washing and ironing is large on paper, but in reality they don't do all of them.

The hotel is very close to the city center and you can walk to any major sightseeing spot. The city center has a lot of things to visit and it's both romantic, poetic and good for walking. The city center also has some very fine restaurants and the variety of food caters for all tastes. The hotel is extremely clean, towels were changed daily in our case, the personnel - both the guy serving the breakfast and the ladies from the reception were fantastic, very friendly, polite and definitely customer-oriented. The room has everything one would need, the bed was very comfortable and the toilet is super clean. Hot water at any point in time of the day without issues (the water pressure could be higher, but this is not the fault of the hotel, but of the city's own water systems). The breakfast was very good and tasty as well, it had almost everything one could wish in the morning. We had a wonderful time.

Excellent staff, excellent service, great all around. Good location, close of the centre of the City although that comes with the view of a busy town. Hotel is assisting to call the taxi when needed which comes within next minute. Very nice breakfast and plenty choices.

No fault of course but in our particular situation as husband has reduced mobility, at the entrance, he would rather have a hand rail on the right of the steps. There is just one on the left.

The room was large, spotless and comfortable. Super bed. Breakfast was exceptional - a surprising and changing range of items considering it is a small hotel. Staff were exemplary - special mention to Claudia and Ciprian but all were friendly and helpful. Location was ideal, 100m into edge of old town, cafes, restaurants and beautiful architecture.

Shower/bath design in our room could have been better. Volume of water ran onto the floor no matter how one showered. And over-bath shower would feel more safe with a shower mat to avoid slipping.

The hotel is very nicely decorated and cosy. The bed was more comfortable than expected and breakfast was diverse and tasty. I also appreciated the staff, always smiling and there to assist you. What I really loved though was the location, a very short walking distance from the city centre. The free parking, while 2-3 min away, was also really appreciated, being in an area where street parking is not really an option.

The view from the room and the hotel is not the best, but this aspect was definitely compensated by all the other good things this property has to offer.

The breakfast was lovely, great variety, great food, very satisfied. However the breakfast hall is a bit small. They provide a parking space behind the hotel and the hotel staff helped me find it and bring our luggage. The room was sufficient enough for me and my son (9 years old). The minibar is full of goods and they are all reasonably priced.

The noise at the corridor, the man staying next door talking on the phone with a very loud voice. Disrespectful selfish people are everywhere. Bottom line is the walls are quite thin, so you may have the luck of the draw like us. No big deal, I used my earplugs.

Really lovely staff and management. Very helpful we stayed a long stay due to my father being hospitalised in town. They helped us all the way with many queries and have been very kind. Lovely clean rooms well equipped with home made warm breakfast included which has been really helpful for a long stay. Thank you so much for your kindness and warmth. We will surely come back again.

Maybe just a dressing gown in the room.

- as presented on hotel's site, it,s like a 15 minutes far from city center, on a small hill - the hotel has a free parking lot not far from it - enough options for breakfast - the lady in the reception was very helpful and kind, with a lot of suggestions for food and attractions - the room was very cozy, spotless clean, nice designed - good bed and comfortable pillows

_ the breakfast room seemed a bit too small for all the hungry people, but that was not actually such a problem

Location is 10 minutes walking time to city center. It is near the university campus if you have something to do there and close to many hospitals. Beds were comfortable. Shower was good.

There was a bad smell in the room from the carpets (I guess). It was not terrible but it was enough to be annoying. In the bathroom there was no ventilation.
