This is the second time I've stayed here and it was just as brilliant second time around. Our room was even bigger this time but just as comfortable with excellent amenities, air conditioning, and a spacious, well-equipped bathroom. Even though the room was on the main street, it has excellent sound proofing so we slept like logs. Breakfast remains the same as a year ago and just as tasty - a great start to the day with plenty of options to choose from. There's also a nice outdoor terrace to enjoy a coffee on. The location is ideal, just a short walk into the old town and city centre. I've no doubt that we'll be back again next time we're in Cluj!

Great location. Very nice breakfast served at the time you request. Comfortable place to work on laptop. Apples at guests’ disposal for a healthy snack.

Quite dark room, with unpleasant smell appearing 2 evenings out of 4.

No contact check-in to the hotel meant I didnt worry about having to arrive at a given time. The Hotel was located roughly 10 mins walk from the old part of town and the area felt safe (as a women travelling alone). It was quiet, which meant I could sleep and work properly. Will hapilly stay there again.

The only bin available was in the bathroom and it was small one. It quickly filled up. This is a minor point, and it does not change my review of a very good value for money.

The location is perfect. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. It is easy to check in and enter the rooms with the codes. For breakfast we got exactly what we ordered the night before, and was very tasty, with traditional foods on the menu. The owner at the reception was absolutely helpful when we asked for some extra after-checkout time in the hotel to change our clothes after a funeral and he also helped with paying the parking when the parking app did not work on our phones.

Loved how cozy the entire villa felt, the beds were sooo comfortable, and the room itself was very pretty and nicely decorated. We also had a good breakfast tailored to our preferences and were able to prepare coffee and tea all day long in the breakfast room. Location is great, right next to the botanical garden, and very quiet, although it’s on a busy road.

Didnt like that the entire bathroom filled with water whenever we took a shower, and also you should know the property is on a steep hilly street, so keep that in mind if you come carrying heaving luggage.

A great location, walking distance from the city center and the nice restaurants, quiet surroundings. An old villa refurbished with great design, nice and cosy interior, modern finishes. Friendly stuff, great guidance for access. Parking lot. Great value for the money.

The room felt a little bit cold because it was the transition between seasons.

Breakfast was tasty and easy to order. About a five minute walk to the center of town made it easy to explore Cluj comfortably. I felt like the area was safe and hotel was clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay.

My only complaint was that there was a confusion on the breakfast menu between bread and muesli (maybe a translation or my fault!) so I didn't have any bread at breakfast but truly a minor issue.

Great spacious and luxurious room; I asked for one facing the courtyard since I knew the streetside can be noisy due to ambulances passing by frequently to the hospital across the road. It wasn't 100% quiet but definitely acceptable (did use earplugs at night though). The guy at reception was really kind and let me store my luggage for a few hours, and let me sit in the breakfast room for as long as I wanted despite not taking breakfast there (I had a lot of time to kill that day and I was very tired).

The room was really hot when I entered but that was easily resolved. Also the shower, although good, spilled over the edges of the basin so the floor got rather wet.

Easy and contactless check in/out, free coffee anytime (very welcome at our very early departure), clean and comfy rooms, very good location. We did not try the breakfast as we left early.

All was very good, except for the very intense sewage smell from the bathroom.

We stayed at Vila Siago before and loved it. Coming back was a joy! We chose to return and we haven't been disappointed. Friendly and professional staff, amazing communication, clean and comfortable room, great facilities (the coffee is great as always!), perfect location for what we needed! We are very grateful, you've been so understanding and flexible with the check out time. Thank you very much indeed, it helped a lot! Great stay, highly recommended regardless of your reason for visiting Cluj!
