The hotel was excellent, staff friendly and the rooms very comfortable and quiet. The hotel was opened in 3/2024 so only a couple of weeks before my stay. The location is very close to the old town, a very short walk to the newly renovated pedestrian zone. I stayed in a room on the side away from the street and it was perfectly quiet. The bed, towels, sheets and other equipment are of a high standard, very comfortable. The staff seemed to be well trained, the person who checked me in was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable.

All digital light controls, while personally I prefer the old style analog switches. But they work fine, use is intuitive, and are one of the best quality light controls I've seen. I didn't see any information on how to use the equipment, while I'm familiar with it, some materials may be helpful for those it is new to.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for Untold festival and I got to say this hotel blew my mind! The whole property is new, clean and immaculately spotless! Service was impeccable at the onset of our checking in. The counter staff are friendly and helpful. One incident to note was that we drove and our car was too long and luckily a kind gentleman rushed out to the carpark lift to stop us in time, and directed us to park at the sidewalk instead. Breakfast is amazing - a decent spread of eggs (my favourite), fruits galore (it’s their peach and prune season), cheeses (I lost count.. was it 10, 15 types?), and cakes (another one I lost count, but who’s counting 😊..the cheesecake, cream puff and brownies are to die for). The service crew (in particular the beautiful and friendly blonde Romanian lady who wished us a great time at Untold) greeted us and were attentive to our needs. The room was comfortable, and very clean. Pillows are fluffy yet solid. The toilet is clean and spotless. There was an unblocked view from the window which allowed us to see the chapel across the skyline.

We enjoyed the hotel stay very much. The property is new, well furnished and room is very clean. We had the best sleep in this hotel during our stay for Untold Festival - the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, even the lunch at the restaurant was delicious and decently priced (they maintained the prices) as compared to the escalated prices at nearby restaurants because of the Untold Festival.

We got the mini corner suite which was a little pricier but we still enjoyed the stay very much.

Good location, the interior is excellent, room was clean and calm, comfortable bad, friendly staff at the reception, good internet connection which was important as I came for the work. Restaurant at the first floor works till 23.00 and serves tasty food. There is a parking on the ground floor.

I expected that the hotel would provide all possible types of personal hygiene that hotels usually have: cotton pads, dental supplies, combs, shower caps, etc. But none of this was available, although the chain is international and the hotel positions itself as a premium one. The pillows were completely uncomfortable, I had to sleep without them. Drinking water was not replenished. There is a small kettle, but no tea or coffee is offered. The mechanism for entering the underground parking is a little scary; you need to drive into the elevator by car and go down in it. Usually restaurants deliver food to your rooms for free, but here you have to pay an extra 5 euros for this.

The hotel is very nice, with good quality furniture and a nice and calming design overall. The standard room was great, the breakfast was excelent and the primary restaurant also was very good. Even though the hotel is near the street, the room was very quiet. Also the staff was very nice and polite.

The private parking price may seem a little expensive but this kind of facility you must pay extra almost everywhere. Maybe a relaxation facility would place this hotel even higher.

Location, location, location It is positioned in a quiet location, in the very center of Cluj Napoca. Walking distance from all the best restaurants and shops in Cluj-Napoca. The hotel is brand new, beautiful 5 star design, one of the best I have stayed in. Much more than expected! Great breakfast with my favourite, barista style coffee. Great overall experience, design that makes you feel calm and relaxed.

New facility with well trained and professional personal. Out of everyone, Claudia from reception was extremely professional and made everything to make me feel valued and welcome. Room was very clean and location excellent.

I would improve the breakfast. Range quite limited and meat products tasteless.
