Beautiful, clean hotel in a primo location. The room was comfortable with a tiny balcony overlooking the big church. It was walkable to all the tourist sites. Breakfast was delicious and expansive: multiple different types of eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, baked goods, and excellent coffee. But the best part was the hotel shuttle from the airport. I was very nervous ahead of time. My son was arriving at 1:30 am on Friday and I was arriving 12:30 am on Sunday. The middle of the night aspect really concerned me, but the driver was there both times. Plus, there was an issue with luggage on my flight, and I waited for almost 40 minutes. The driver must have called the hotel, who called me. I explained the issue and the driver was still there waiting when I walked out. The front desk staff also held our luggage after checkout to allow us more time to explore the city. All around phenomenal experience.

- The staff was very polite and helpful. - Breakfast was great, good selection, good cooking. You could notice that the gentleman taking care of the guests was really taking pride in his work - Room was quiet, clean and housekeeping took care of our special requests

- Room HVAC was constabtly switching from hot to cold, instead of just stopping the heat when the room reached the temp. Could not set the thermostat to heating only as this option was locked. Reception recommended that we just set a higher temp, but even so during the night you could feel cold air blowing. - Internet speed was lacking. My partner had issues with online meetings due to bandwidth.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is located in the city center. We had a balcony in the room with an incredible view of the National Romanian Opera and Cathedral. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and included not only basics but also some dishes of Romanian cuisine, like eggplant salad and zacusca. The hotel has parking, which was crucial for us because we were traveling by car. The parking is located on the -1 floor of the hotel and has a private entrance. The entrance to the parking is from behind the hotel, but it is very easy to find. Overall we had an amazing stay and we highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel’s location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. We stayed in the Roma suite, which had a beautiful view of the square in front of the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Unfortunately, the mattress on the double bed was not comfortable as it was sagging in the middle. I hope the hotel management reads this feedback and addresses the issue.

It's a good business class hotel, well situated, with large rooms and immaculately clean. On the whole we were pleased. The bathroom was very spacious with good quality towels and good toiletries. Shower pressure excellent, water hot. Bathrobes and slippers were provided. We had a fantastic view over the square from our room on the front of the hotel which had a built in balcony. There was a kettle in the room with 2 very small cups and just fruit tea and coffee. No black (English Breakfast) tea and no milk so if you stay in this hotel you may wish to take your own tea. We bought milk from a shop and kept it in the minibar.

It is situated on a very busy road and there was a considerable amount of noise. Particularly sirens from passing emergency vehicles. The duvet on the bed let the hotel down. It was cheap and thin and not big enough to cover a bed as large as the one in our room. Breakfast was very disappointing for such a quality hotel. Not a great amount of choice and not a lot of it. Things ran out quickly but weren't replenished without prompting. Certainly not worth paying 12 euros for.

Very pleasant staff at reception and they were always available when I had general questions throughout my stay. My room was very clean with a great view from the balcony. Housekeeping staff very pleasant and provided excellent services. People were very patient and kind when I was trying to speak in Romanian. The location was great. The bed was comfortable. My stay was very relaxing.

Breakfast - 1st day no one greeted me. While I was eating, a man (not standing close by) asked my room number. I never saw him again and I did not get any coffee. On day 2, I was greeted upon arrival to the breakfast room and a man brought me a cup of coffee; on day 3 there was a coffee machine. Towels and bathrobe had holes in them Terrace bar and patio remain closed.

On the website, booking.com, at the time of booking it says "parking available", however on the small print, on a different page than the one with the general information, its explained one has to reserve the parking (separately, in addition to reserving the room and pay for the parking). Luckily the hotel had available parking when we arrived. All hotels I booked before, when it's mentioned "parking available", it's implied if one is the guest of the hotel the parking is included.

The parking is around the building and there is no elevator in order to bring the luggage from the parking floor to the ground floor or to the rooms. There is a need for staff to help, although they help with a smile this makes it difficult when you arrive with a large vehicle, a lot of luggage, elderly people and also pay 16 euros per day for the parking. The breakfast was modest but sufficient, however, it does not match the high price. The strategic position of the closing of the curtain allows the light to be exactly in the eyes in the morning, it`s really something that easy to fix.

Staff were wonderful, room was super clean and turn down service spot on! Location is super central and so easy to get anywhere. Loved the breakfast and especially that fabulous aubergine salad I had it every day! loved the balcony too as the view was simply splendid. all public area of the hotel were super clean and all the staff I encounted were lovely from checking in late at night and getting an adaptor at 1:40am to checking out at 330AM. All were happy to see me, help and always with a smile on their faces. Breakfast service was lovely too, wonderful friendly host. Central location, with beautiful sights at the windows. I travelled with my wife and kids, but I booked a double room, while she booked one of the 3 suites available. The differences between the two were considerable, even though the price gap was not so high. The suite is not only larger, but has luxurious furniture, overlooks Avram Iancu Square, provides a coffee machine etc. Overall the premium option is just better, as it should be. However, I felt very good in my double room, located at the top 4th floor. I had a balcony toward Unirii Square and the view, although not as spectacular, was something you don't get to see in tourist publications, therefore very special.

The transport is quite complicated, since the hotel doesn't have a courtyard. The cars have to stop on the sidewalk to pick you up with kids and luggage and that's of course forbidden. If you're not ready at the right moment, the drivers must encircle the place until you are.
