+ Apartment was really beautiful. Some of them have a bidet, some have a washing machine. + Bed are very comfortable (super soft mattress) + Apartment is quite sound proof + Fridge and freezer are huge + private underground garage

- in the executive apartment, the ac is in the living room and not in the bedroom. It is quite hard to cool the bedroom temperature down. In the junior suite, the ac is positioned perfectly. - the room was clean, but there was still some confetti here and there. - we only got 1 small towel and 2 big ones. Unfortunately no towel for the bidet and the soap was fixed at the sink => could not use the bidet very efficient. - the underground garage is very narrow due to some pillars to park, but it's very large after you managed to park.

The apartment is equipped with everything, we enjoyed our stay. Nearby is a market and fast food. A Thermostat is available inside, so you can set your desired temperature. A mini bar is available with diverse drinks. Water, tea and Coffee capsules are available for free

Some glasses of water had too many finger prints on them. The EV charging station spots were occupied by thermic cars, but I don’t think is fully the owner’s fault (maybe the check-in messages can be improved in order to maintain at least an available spot for EV).

Lovely apartments, clean and equipped with everything we needed (apart from salt). Every apartment we booked had at least one balcony as well. Beds are comfy and nice linen. Lots of space in wardrobes as well. Bathroom clean. Wifi works well. Parking available which is amazing in this city where you can never find parking.

There didn't seem to be a lot of cutlery, and no salt in any of the 3 apartments we booked. But these are small complaints. Car park is really good, but be careful as it is compact and needs a bit of care whilst parking.

Communication on check-in and key handover was smooth and reliable. I asked a question on the app when I couldn't get in during the night and received a reply immediately. This was very helpful as safety is paramount in foreign accommodation. I would recommend this accommodation.

The shower area could be cleaner. Black stains on the floor. Poor drainage, water takes a long time to run.

Very comfortable, quiet and safe apartment in the heart of Cluj-Napoca. Apartments are 100 metres from local market and within walking distance to centre/buses to airport. Lovely balcony to sit out on. All cooking and washing facilities were provided. Staff were lovely. Everything was as expected. Self check in and out. Mini bar items are available in the fridge to purchase however tea, coffee and water is free. Gas central heating worked well and air conditioning is also available.

Apartment 9 was on the top floor accessible by stairs only however it wouldn't prevent me from booking again due to the quality of apartment.

The location is great, 10 minutes by walking to the city center. The free parking is a great plus. The apartment is big enough for 2 people, very clean and with lots of pearks like: coffee machine, free water, free coffee, Netflix. The communication with the host was great. We stayed in the Untold period and this apartment was perfect for walking to the festival.

Central location, availabilty of garage parking (the parking on the street is free only on Sundays).

The kitchen equipment is poor: 1(!) fork only, 3 knives, 3 spoons. 4 glasses for alcoholic drinks (wine, champagne, etc.), all different, so only 1(!) per type. The bathroom is absolutely the weak point of the apartment: yellowish depositions on the bottom part of the shower cabine, the toilet seat is moving.

Lovely apartment building. We were in a beautiful and very comfortable apartment. Cleanliness at a very high level. Everything you need is there - all electrical appliances including a washing machine and a dishwasher! A lovely balcony with a green view, a comfortable bed, a very spacious bathroom, excellent water flow, etc... You can communicate with the owner of the place as needed - he is very helpful. Location - a quiet street right in the center of the city. About 200 meters from the apartment there is a local food and flower market. Fresh local produce (vegetables and fruits, dairy products, cheeses, sausages and meat, etc..) We visited there every day! The complex of the market -1st floor has a small supermarket.

The location, the rooms, the balconies, everything was just perfect! And Tudor and Diana was superhelpful and easy to reach. The parking space in the garage was great, the bathroom, the kitchen, the livingroom and the best bed I have ever slept in. Thank you for making our stay in Cluj Napoca in Romania so memorable and how ZEN Suites house made it amazing! We had our wedding in Cluj, and Zen Suites gave us excatly what we needed for all the preparations and for photos and family gathering in the morning of the big day :)
