Most of all we enjoyed the quick and efficient answers and help from the staff for everything we needed. Rather than that, the facilities were just great, clean, renovated and comfortable. The location itself is not right in the middle of town, however it is in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood which allows you to choose when to go out to the busy city and when to stay in your quiet place. In conclusion, we will come back for sure the very next time we will come to cluj - napoca

Accommodation with large rooms on a quiet street. The building features a generous lobby, elevator and a small parking lot that can host about 4-5 cars.

The street where this property is located is way too quiet, meaning there are no coffee-shops, restaurants, bars or groceries around. We had to walk about 20 minutes to get a coffee (at Ebru cafe).

Great room. Very clean. Wifi was good. Bed comfortable. Shower was nice. I never saw anyone during the 48 hours I was there (not sure if this is a +ve or a -ve). I did get a call from Madelaine to explain everthing which was good. No breakfast but a coffee machine in the "reception" area. Although the hotel is away from the centre, there were 2 buses nearby (no1 and no52 I think) which went straight into the old town and I could pay with a contactless card. It was about a 15 minute walk to/from the station even with my luggage. I'd stay again if were back in Cluj.

For me, it was a great place to stay. I didn't mind not seeing anyone. The door code system worked. The coffee machine worked. I was happy using the buses to get into town. The bridge for access to the station is being relaid which caused a small issue but this is absolutely not the fault of the hotel and the improved bridge when it is finished will be great.

The hotel itself is OK. There is no personnel in the lobby so we had a self check-in. There is a parking place neat the hotel. The room has all basic amenities, shower with hot water. You can use shared coffee machine. There are several bus routes to the center of the city or you can walk about 20 minutes.

Linen was old and dirty. It could be washed in the machine, but the color itself looked very unpleasant with yellow spots on it. The air conditioner can't be adjusted. It's integrated into the walls and controller does nothing to the temperature. As the solution we were proposed to open the window.

The rooms are super spacious, the cleanliness was also very good and the stuff was helpful and nice. Unfortunately it is located in a not optimal part of the city, but thus you get a affordable, super quiet and nice room. The value for the money is very good. If you travel by car no problem at all and I can recommend this hotel.

The PIN pad at the doors is super fiddly and has a weird user interface.

It's really amazing room for this price. There are all needed stuff inside. Everything works fine. Design of room is ergonomic and smart. It's not very common in nowaday hotels. Good workers: mostly you don't see them, but they help you in all problems that you could face I tried 5 hotels in different cities of Romania for last few months. And this is the best

Everything is superb ! The only small downside was the humidity in the room, as there were rainy days it took longer to get dry inside. The invisible air-conditioning is simply amazing. A big Bravo for the "open bar" water & coffee machine.

The walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbours. We had a neighbour who was loudly on their cell phone in the middle of the night. But this is the only negative point.

The room was spacious and comfortable enough. The hotel location is in a quite place not far from the main train station. Contactless check-in and check-out

Soundproofing could be better. There is a park renovation nearby though when it is completed it should be a great place among the river
