It is not my first time at the Hotel PARADIS. Staff is very well trained. The receptionist was very helpful with me as a taxi driver charged 75 lei for a ride from the airport to the hotel. Miss at the reception helped me to book a taxi directly from the hotel to the airport and it has costs to me 40 lei. THANK YOU AGAIN for your support. Breakfast has a wide range of food.

Everything was perfect. Nothing to complain about anything

The room was much bigger than I expected and very comfortable. I absolutely loved their breakfast, it was beyond my expectations with a far wider selection of choices. The location is excellent, and though I hadn't had the chance to try the spa, it looked great! I'll definitely try it next time :)

The one thing I didn't like was that the water heater had some issues (on my floor I guess), and I didn't have hot water for a shower for several hours (morning until after noon). Though I tried different things like letting the water run, wait it out, etc, I eventually had to take a cold shower. I didn't appreciate that it took the reception 3 different calls to finally inspect the issue (they kept telling me to do things I already tried: wait it out, let the water run longer, etc).

Very accommodating staff. Always friendly, helpful, courteous service. The property - although older construction and renovation (I stayed in a 'budget' room) is very well taken care of. Everything's very clean. Spotless bathroom, good water pressure and temperature control. Comfortable bed with different pillow sizes and forms - everyone should find a good night's rest. The breakfast buffet offers a very good variety including local specialties, it's constantly replenished and even if you get there too late because you missed the cutoff time (more on that in the 'what I didn't like' section) they're accommodating. The secured parking was appreciated as well - street parking is hard to find in this area.

The AC system (central AC) was overtaxed and couldn't really keep up (I visited in late summer, daytime temperatures exceeded 32 deg.C) . In my room, the AC fan only worked in the highest setting. Staff told me there's a system upgrade underway, so next summer season this shouldn't be an issue anymore. The entertainment/alarm clock tied in with the TV was set to CET (incorrect time zone for Romania, so the time was one hour behind the actual time) and there was no way to change the time to the correct one. Staff didn't know either.

Mostly good. Some furniture was bit old and some fixing in building required but it was clean and otherwise ok. Staff helpful and good breakfast. Location bit outside centrum but easily reached by bus or small walk.

No major complaints. If there some small things staff fixed it.

The breakfast was very good, with a lot of choices. The coffee was good. The people from the restaurant were very nice.

The room was very noisy...you could here all that neighbors were doing, it was hard to rest as they came late at night. The floor in the room was very dirty even when we check in and it wasn't washed for 5 days as we stayed there.

Friendly staff, they were happy to accommodate all the requests even with a rather volatile schedule, as I had to change the booking last minute. The room was spacious and clean, with all the needed amenities. I personally liked the "shaving kit" and "oral hygiene kit" they provide, so you don't have to bother in case you forgot your personal items.

Rather nitpicking, but only a very small window could be opened in the room. I would have liked to be able to get more air from outside.

I recommend to add instructions to insert the room key on the slot on the wall opposite the door - by voice at checkin and add it to the placard in the room. I had not stayed in a hotel in years so was unaware of this tech so I had no room lights for two days until I remembered to ask about my inability to turn on lights in the room.

Nice breakfast, big room, didn't have the time to check the spa. The staff solved a booking misunderstanding and my soon had his own bad in no time.

Easily accessible but fairly removed from town centre, limited parking but we were lucky! Has lift access to all floors, most staff friendly and very helpful.

Location was quite a distance from the old town centre but the taxis were low cost and the staff were always on hand to book you one. Rooms were a little warm but just a minor point. Could be a problem in summer
