The location is right next to the Iulius Mall, easy to go on the Electric Castle busses that leave from just outside.

Dumb TV , we could not use any Netflix/other apps. The attitude of one of the waiters; After waiting for 10 minutes for eggs (both kinds were empty) also no croissants/pain au chocolat and asking if they are going to bring more due to being 9.30, I got answered back with sarcasm "if I actually looked" - he just replaced them behind me as I was leaving and went to collect from a table; The eggs came 5 minutes later. Also, in the bathroom I was surprised by some kind of little worm-insects (rather fast), nothing some bleach will not fix - eh? Room 312 Standards differ 4* here may not be the same 4* there, however sarcasm to clients is not okay in my book - especially to just-woken-up-and-hungry clients.

I liked everything. Personnel was great, both in the reception and the restaurant. We left very early in the morning and breakfast was alreadyprepared for us in two bags. Many thanks for everything!

I have always wanted to stay at this hotel, I really like its location – on the shore of a wonderful lake and almost 1 minute walk from the shopping center "Iulius Mall Cluj" with shops, a cinema, a food court. There are also many outdoor cafes around the hotel, in the evening movies are shown in the open air on the lawn. The breakfasts at the hotel are delicious and varied. The restaurant of the hotel was very pleased with the prices (cheaper than in the center).Since I stayed in the summer, in the evenings I sat at a restaurant table on the street overlooking the lake. The nearest bus stop is a 15-minute walk away. Personally, I went to the city center on foot (you can walk for 30-40 minutes). You can call a taxi from the reception. Girls will always help not only to call a car, but also with other information. For example, I went from a hotel to an open-air city swimming pool. Everything in the room is very beautiful: soft multicolored furniture, poufs, armchair, TV, tables, refrigerator, from my window there was a view of the lake. The hotel has an elevator, directly from the street. In the evenings, you can walk around the lake, where, by the way, turtles live. In summer, you can ride catamarans on the lake. I really liked everything. Thank you so much for your service and attitude!

The air conditioner was very noisy in the room. Since the electricity in the room is powered by a card (according to the principle: gone – everything is turned off), the air conditioner is the only thing that cannot be turned off or adjusted yourself.

The location is nice and convenient, however it was noisy during our stay (music and traffic, could not sleep with the window open)

The breakfast was very poor, almost ran out of food (and coffee beans) before 9:30, and the staff was not really proactive about it. Not a lot of options, either. The terrace is right next to the parking lot, and there were construction works/ materials stored next to it. Not very inviting.

Good hotel right next door to Iulius mall and a lake to walk around. The park hosts events. Short taxi ride to the city centre or plenty of public transport options. Breakfast and parking were included.

Some other guests were a bit noisy. The toilet was very low if you are 6 ft and the bathroom was smallish meaning you had to close the door to move around.

Good location, wih free private parking for hotel guests, close to public transport. Large restaurant, large terrace. Kind stuff.

15 march, no posibility for cooling, ac only works for heating at that time. It is NOT a big deal breaker. For a vegan, not that many choices for breakfast.

I really like this hotel in Cluj, I always book the room there when I travel to Cluj. The hotel is close to the airport, also just outside the hotel is a large shopping mall. The view from the room towards the lake was breath taking. The young lady at reception was very nice, professional and helpful. I will definitely be back to this place because I like everything about it.

The lady at the check in when we arrived was the best. Great location for electric castle festival as buses leave from there. Asked for a vegan breakfast and every day they accommodated this. Super comfy breakfast

The floor wasn't cleaned as we found all sorts of glitter or dirt but everything else which was great compensated

Very delicious România breakfast. The room was clean and good. Great view to the lake. Mini bar. Smart TV. Five steps to buss station. and Julius Mall. I'm very satisfied with hotel. Will come to visit Cluj-Napoca, and will stay here again.
