The comfort of the room, the fantastic view and delicious food were particularly enjoyable:) I also liked the polite personnel and the excellent location with abundance of green spaces, greatly contributed to a pleasant experience

The free Wi-Fi did not consistently reach the 4th floor. The connection was unstable or non-existent at times, which made it difficult to use. Everything else was exceptional. Thank you

The breakfast was solid and there is a restaurant with quite a good food for dinner. Private parking for free. Helpful personnel. Solid value for money.

I reserved a room for one person and somehow selected twin room (obviously did not pay attention and photo was not intuitive). There is no much sense to offer a twin room for a single person stay, because you loose almost half a room. Even worse, the bad was extremely narrow (~60 cm) and as such very uncomfortable. The toilet and work table position were not comfortable, either (quite narrow). The room was quite noisy - from road side and the nights were quite warm despite mid September stay. The hotel is more *** hotel than **** one.

The staff was very nice. They explained everything, ordered us a taxi to the airport and since we were leaving very early in the morning they packed an excellent breakfast for us to take with us. The location is far from the city center but a bus to the center stops right in front of the hotel and within 20 minutes you reach the center. The hotel is located 10 minutes drive from the airport, which is very convenient. Breakfast was nice. In addition to the fact that it was not the room we booked and we did not tolerate its color, it was quite comfortable.

I requested a specific blue suite weeks in advance and received a message that it was reserved for me. The day before arriving at the hotel I received a message that they could not give us the promised room and we got the mustard colored room which in my eyes is a really unpleasant color. Due to lack of choice we stayed with the room. We received compensation from the hotel - two cups of coffee in the hotel restaurant. The last night the noise of the air conditioner was unreasonable, we couldn't sleep all night.

Really nice hotel, clean rooms. hotel has private parking spot in front. Staff of the hotel is 10+ really nice, willing to help. Had to depart quite early in the morning and I received from reception takeaway breakfast that was really complex and nice. Thank you! Definitely I will come back again!

No electric outlets in the bathroom for hairdryer, etc also no shelves in the shower for soap, shampoo, conditioner. We had to store them on the floor

From the first minute you get to the hotel, you are received with professionalism, all you need is promptly available. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is friendly. I been in this Hotel few times and I recommend Royal Classic to everyone.

Staff was friendly and gave helpful information. They even tried to contact us proactively to warn us of potential noise due to a booked event. For our short preflight stay this was not an issue at all and the noise was not a hearable inside the 4th floor room. Would well recommend and revisit for business trips.

Shower drain could not completely keep up with the great shower heads water flow.

The pressure from the shower is always good. This is a massive bonus after a stressful day. This hotel never disappoints, no matter which room we book into.

They could create a breakfast on the go as Hilton has for the ones that are unabke to have dinner due to early flights or trips. But this is just a prefence and not a criticism.

I stayed one day in a very large special room, which was great On some days (in the smaller breakfast room) the breakfast was good, with hot food and well presented uncooked food

On some days (in the larger breakfast room) the breakfast was not good, with cooked food left to get cold, and not a very good selection of uncooked food

The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly. Good location too, 5 min drive from city center

The mattresses are extremely uncomfortable, way too soft. The hotel restaurant closes at 22.00 but the chef leaves at 21.00. We arrived at 20.50 but couldnt order anymore. So be careful not to get hungry at night.
