The underground parking was a nice benefit, even if the parking spots were pretty tight for our car. The apartment was nice and cozy. We had everything we wanted and the mattresses and the pillow were really comfortable. The staff was really nice and always ready to help. The communication was fast.

The floor was not really clean, we took our shoes off during the stay and our socks became pretry dirty from the floor. This was a problem especially because ee have a small todler. The wifi is presented as a high speed connection but it was not always working and sometimes was slow. 90% of the time worked fine. It was a problem for me just because I had a few zoom meetings and the call intereupted a few times.

The location is in a busy neighborhood of a big city - you a have a lot of shops, grocery stores and pharmacies in close proximity. The down side is that there is a lot of traffic. The windows to a good job of keeping the noise out, but as soon as you open the window, you know you are in a big city. The apartment was clean and tidy, had a good size. You have your own heating system with a gas heating - you can tailor it to your choice. Big underground garage with key code access. Accessing the property is easy and you receive your codes on the day you arrive. The host is easily and quickly reachable. The kitchen is well equipped - fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, water cooker, dish washer, washing machine. The beds were comfortable. The sofa in the living room was a little bit funny - it pulls out and has to pieces - one is comfy, but the other one is hard. Big building with elevator access.

The view from the apartment reminds you of the soviet era - all around are big apartment buildings with kind of a sad look. But this did not bother me so much. The waste management could be better - no separate waste bins for organic, plastic, paper. I did not see dedicated waste bins beside the building although.

Very nice and clean apartment, with all needed modern utilities and facilities, including dishwasher. Although it is not very central for us it was perfectly located, close to the school where our sons had their basketball tournament. Nevertheless it is very easy to get to the city center and old town, with direct bus / trolleybus in 15 minutes. The busses run every 2 minutes. Included parking place in the underground parking lot

Nothing important to remark as negative, except a small suggestion: please paint the door stopper from the bathroom in a different color. It is really close close to the toilet seat and it is in the same color as the floor. Hard to observe. Both my wife and I hit it with our feet.

The staff was very helpful and responsive. The coffee machine didn’t work and they sent us a replacement right away , even though it was outside their working hours. There is a grocery shop right downstairs in the same building. And other groceries shops nearby.

AC was only in the living room. It can get hot during the summer in the other rooms. Especially if for privacy reasons you want to keep the door closed. Keeping the windows opened helped with the heat but there is noise from the nearby road if you do so. We also didn’t like the textile of the bedsheets. They are making noise when shifting from side to side.

Great location to stay at in Cluj. Big, clean and modern apartment, has everything you need for a nice stay plus free welcome beverages. Underground parking spaces available. Neighbourhood is very nice and nearby is the mall. With my friends we had a perfect stay and for sure would consider the apartment again when coming to Cluj.

Very clean, organized. Extra sheets for the couch. Has air con. Warm welcome from the stuff, with extra still water and sweets from the house. Modern location with digital locks, no need to carry key with you. I also could freely park the car in underground parking. Each room has its own TV. Very close to center. Bathroom smelled really nice. Extra travel toothpaste and brush from the house.

It would have been good to have sound proof windows and blackout curtins.

The appartment was very cosy and clean, with AC and central heating. Bed was very comfy and parking and self check in were very easy to access. Water and some sweets upon arrival were also a nice thing. Everything was very clean, and the area is also very close to many stores, pharmacies, including a Mega Image right at the bottom of the building and many other. Communication with the owners was very easy too. Recommended!

Easy check in and check out process, the apartment is pretty big, clean and it comes with everything you need no matter how long is your stay. The underground parking space was a huge plus for us, it’s close to the city center and also the bus station is right across the street.

Not related to the property, the upstairs neighbours seemed like they had a pleasure in moving chairs and furniture across the wooden floors.

The property is very well maintained, clean and you have everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The amenities are in very good condition. The location is very good also, and you have grocery stores nearby. Plus, the access back to the main street is really easy.

Clean, modern, groceries store just next door. Friendly staff.

A recommendation : introduce a two-step verification type access into the building /apartment. Just one 4-digit code seems not enough to me. Also, I do not recall to have seen any charging stations for electric cars.. We are in 2023 guys.. (my apologies if there were, and I was not sharp enough to see them).
