The room was clean with easy access and check in process. We were spending the night before a flight home and there is a lovely lake to walk around and a large shopping mall right next door with plenty of eating options.

Absolutely love staying at this hotel every time I visit Cluj-Napoca! From the moment I walk in, I’m greeted with warmth and hospitality that makes me feel right at home. The staff is always friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my stay is perfect. The rooms are impeccably clean, spacious, and comfortable. The view from the room is stunning! The location is fantastic—close to everything I want to explore in the city but tucked away enough to offer a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I’ve stayed here multiple times and every visit has been exceptional. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else when in Cluj-Napoca. This hotel has truly earned my loyalty, and I can’t recommend it enough! 5 stars all the way!

This was our second time staying at Residence Il Lago, and it did not disappoint. During our first visit, I stayed with just our dog, but this time the whole family joined, and we had a great experience. The hotel offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, and its location is perfect. A large shopping mall is just steps away, and the area around the small lake in front of the hotel is ideal for leisurely walks. For travelers with dogs, this is a fantastic spot, with a fenced dog playground only 300 meters away. The underground parking is also convenient and easy to use.

It was my second stay at Il Lago and was in general very good. Maybe a bottle of water in the room would be nice to have as first time there was omen but second time no😅. Anyway, the young man from reception is very friendly and we talk about 20 minutes when I check in. Also the room and bathroom was very clean and I enjoy it a lot. I recommend!

Very Good Residence,Great staff we loved our stay,perfect view,great location next to the mall,the receptionist was very kind he helped us with the baggages,the rooms we're very spacious and clean,if we ever visit Cluj again we already know where to stay.

The view from the balcony is great and very lovely. The hotel is located nearby a lake where you can walk around, and have a beer nearby. Few restaurants are located on the shopping center side. The shopping center has a very good choice of food as well. The location of the airport and city center is almost the same. Not in a rush hour 10 minutes ride, while in the rush hours it takes up to 30 minutes. The room was big, bathroom as well has plenty of space. WiFi was good.

The shower was a little broken, but for us it was not an issue.

Bed was very comfy, bathroom facilities were perfect room design was clean and simple. Staff were friendly and it was very peaceful and quite my entire stay very happy with my room I would book again.

Door codes were a bit tricky at first but once I got the hang on them it was fine and staff would of helped me if needed.

Clean, comfortable, warm. We stayed in the apartment and it came with everything. I loved the electric shutters on the windows, they made the whole room pitch black which was perfect for a good night's sleep. Staff was nice and friendly, they fulfilled our request for extra bedding.

Initially I booked a smaller room but once we arrived noted that we nee some more space. The staff instantly supported us with changing to a larger apartment. Many thanks for the quick solution provided.

Late check out (at 4 PM) costs 50% of the daily rate. This is enormous!

Rooms are spacious and clean, very good location near Iulius Mall. Friendly staff always. Underground parking available.

Navigation apps take you to the front entrance of the hotel, it's a bit complicated to find the underground parking because it's on a different street. But if you call ahead the staff will explain it to you.
