The staff are exceptional. Breakfast is excellent. I have stayed here numerous times and have always found the staff friendly, the hotel clean, the wifi satisfactory.

Big rooms, very clean everywhere, friendly staff. The breakfast was ok, even though there were not too many healthy options for people that have restrictions (besides eggs and some veggies). Easy access to rooms, free parking spaces available for guests. On site restaurant.

The building is functioning without fire safety authorization, but at least it is visibly mentioned on the door. Breakfast options could be enhanced to more foods that are lower in sugar and lower in fat for people that have medical issues. The rooms look a little outdated and they are not very environmental friendly for the price they ask per night (toiletries individually packaged in small plastic containers, even the soap. There was no bathrobe available.

Everything was perfect! The room was very big and clean, perfect for a travelling couple. One of the most spectacular views we got from the room balcony, regardless if it was sunset or sunrise. Bathroom was also pretty big with a nice rain shower. Very warm and welcoming overall, friendly staff and very helpful! Breakfast was more than enough with plenty of options to choose from! And, free parking!

The welcoming, the friendliness, the way every situation that I had, they had a solution and an answer immediately. There was no point the I have received a negative answer, even if it was something out of their hands they would reply: “what we can do is…” I am referring to reception staff. Throughout my stay there were 3 shifts and they were all amazing, I m really sorry that I did remember their names. Amazing job!! And to top it up when we left we took 2 burgers “take away” very good ones indeed.

I always sleep on feather pillows, the ones that they had were a bit hard, however the bed is so comfortable that I did not care.

Location is perfect, there are parking spots available (free of charge) and charging station for EV’s. I had a room with balcony which is very nice if you want to see the sunset over Cluj-Napoca. Breakfast is more than enough and the staff can provide anything you want extra. There are rainshowers in the bathroom, everything is clean and Rituals products to use.

There’s nothing not to like.

The room was very comfortable, well-organized, and fully equipped. The bathroom was spotless, which is always my worry about the hotel's rooms. The service for the room was always quick. The restaurant service was good and big proportions!! with food from the region. The green area around the hotel makes it fresh and quiet. The staff was always friendly. Definitely I recommend this hotel.

Everything is spotless, the breakfast is amazing, and the staff is incredibly helpful. They have a backyard with trees and a garden and the rooms are cozy and quiet. Breakfast has a big variety and the attentiveness of the staff was spot on. Will return in the future!

I liked the room design and the large space. The breakfast selection was excellent. I had also the chance to taste "à la carte" menu and I had a very good dish.

My room was clean only because I have maintained it like this. The towels have been changed only once in one week and that only in my first day there which I found useless. I would have found nice if the TV in the room was a Smart one.

Very clean, spacious, even if you have a car you can take the bus to the city, enjoy around and come back to the quietness, they had good breakfast, the réceptionist was particularly welcoming, attentive, and Bikram in the restaurant was very serviable, doing à good job. I definitely recommande this place,
