A hotel that exceeded our expectations. Everything very clean and room has an extra large dressing with 2 sliding doors, both with mirrors that offered extra lighting. Everything was new and updated, from furniture to lighting system. Bed was very comfortable. Color pallet was extremely nice and offered a warm and cozy feeling. Door and card system very modern with touch interface. Great breakfast and staff very warm and welcoming! Location was also something that we appreciated.

We picked this hotel because we wanted to book multiple rooms for a family vacation, somewhere fairly close to the center as well as modern, clean and affordable. Cristal was all of these and more. The building is small and unassuming from the outside but hyper-modern on the inside. Elevators, rooms, switches, are all digital touch. The staff was super courteous and helpful and the restaurant had delicious and fresh food for breakfast. We'd stay here again due to how easy it is to walk to central areas of town, including shopping areas and restaurants. The neighborhood and walk felt safe. Extra points for having a little mall and some cafes and supermarkets really close by (5 min walk), for when you want to get sone water bottles, or snacks. The bathroom was clean, the skincare was from Rituals and the room itself had a comfy bed, good sheets, and enough space to pop open our suitcases.

New, modern and stylish hotel, very clean and within 5 min walk to BT Arena and the Stadium. Rooms are big, cosy comfortable, with large windows. There is also a small mall across the road (with a Starbucks, restaurants, a pharmacy, a supermarket, various shops etc). Breakfast was very good, with lots of options, my dad really enjoyed it and he said coffee was great. :) The staff is exceptionally kind and they've made our stay very pleasant. I'll definitely book this hotel again.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for one night, and I must say that my experience was very positive. The hotel's location is ideal, being only a 20-30 minute walk from the city center and less than 10 minutes by Uber. This makes getting around very convenient for exploring the city. The room I stayed in was clean and spacious, offering all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room, which contributed to my overall comfort during my stay. The welcome I received upon arrival was exceptional. The front desk staff, especially Vlad, were extremely warm and welcoming. Vlad showed great attention to ensure that my check-in went smoothly and provided me with all the information I needed to enjoy my stay. Overall, my experience at this hotel was very positive, thanks to its ideal location, clean and spacious rooms, and exceptional front desk staff like Vlad. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for a pleasant stay in the area.

Everything was just like in the pictures and it was quite a nice place to stay. Very good location for the nearby concerts, also a big mall just 5 minutes walk away.

There was some modern technology in the room, like, you can light up the mirror by touch screen as well as choose to have cleaning/do not disturb etc. Anyway the A/C was also controlled with a touch screen, and it didn't really work as it should since it was really hot in the room at all times. Opening the window fixed the problem, but it was quite annoying.

It is a small boutique hotel. Very clean and nice room with minibar and flat screen tv. very comfortable bed, modern bathroom. Staffs are helpful and the location is great close to the downtown.

There are some parking lot, but not well organized. I think it would be nice to make signs/lines or numbers to dedicate parking whoever wants to have it. What needs to be considered: The sensor switches in the lift and in the room was a bit upsetting. Sometimes it worked sometimes not. And one last important thing: the doors do not close properly, they move in the drafts. As soon as someone enters a room, the door shakes. I know the hotel is new so I thought I'd share these corrective measures!

I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cluj-Napoca, as it offers excellent service, accommodations, and cuisine.

Very kind staff, parking was available. Food at breakfast was very good, coffee was excellent. We were quite tired, arrived very late, the beds were very comfortable and we were able to have a good night sleep. Location is good as you don't get in the heavy Cluj traffic. We will probably stay here again.

It was a bit weird with the parking, having to go across the street through some small poles. Minor but if you're really tired and it is very late it might be a little uncomfortable.

The location was great for the tennis competition, which was my primary reason for coming to Cluj, However, the city centre was a an easy walk through a lovely park from the hotel….it could not have been better. Brilliant, professional staff who were so helpful…

Nothing could Perfecthave been better

The hotel is new, modern, nicely decorated! It is also very clean, and the linens are impeccably white and crispy. The breakfast is also very nice with hot station and cold plates, fruits and desserts . Coffee is very good too which is rarity in hotels usually. The walking distance to the old city is about 20 min. The area is residential with the building sites around( but it doesn’t really interfere with quietness )

That they didn’t have charger for an I-phone😅
