Excellent hotel! Its on a beautiful lake and the restaurant has a massive, very chic patio with tables and lounge places. The food was exquisite, especially the fresh bread. The service was impeccable from everyone at the property. A standout was out waiter, Prem, who made our late lunch by the water seamless and friendly. we had a room by a lovely swimming pool with a covered patio so we could sit outside at our little table and overlook the pool with soothing waterfall. the breakfast was included and was stunningly delicious. more fresh rolls, flaky crosissants and custom omelets. The staff even made my coffee from the machine and was very accommodating, friendly and jumping to help. a wellness center is also included but sadly we didn't have time. Hoping to come back though. I can't say enough good things about this hotel! Great for a recharge before flying home after a busy travel, weddings, elegant chic dinner and breakfast stay.

everything was wonderful

Location was excellent I would love to come back in the summer and experience activities on the lake. Food was also very good the ala carte menu had some great choices on it and the waiter was very helpful in helping us decide. The masseuse was top notch really felt relaxed and refreshed. It was so nice to experience such great service from everyone, which has to be said can be something of a rarity in Romania.

One of the rooms had a lingering smell when we arrived but after a while it went away. I did expect a larger spa but it was not very busy when we went so it didn't feel crowded. I imagine in the summer it would be quite packed in that space and the Gym Room was a little on the small side.

Very cozy, intimate, with all the facilities right there. Perfect for a larger family gathering, or event. Nice rooms, very clean, all amenities included. Reception staff goes above and beyond for the customer. Outdoor swimming pool was great, staff there very attentive and friendly, very few to non existing bugs, considering they are in a lake/wooded area. Party on the deck was perfect, as the night fell we cooled off. Amazing view, again, very attentive staff, great food. Breakfast is good, everything is fresh. Only good things to say about this property. Staff was very exited to hear my ideas about adding kids floaters for the pool and they were even adding ideas of their own, seemed very comfortable to bring it up to the management which tells me that the management treats their staff well. Overall I have nothing but good things to say about this place, and I am a VERY picky person.

Very brief information during the check-in procedure, we were not told the times for breakfast, the location of the swimming pool and what other facilities we can find in the hotel. The menu at the restaurant is very limited, but the food was tasty.

The restaurant location it’s absolutely breathtaking. We’ve dined on the lake and that part was one of the best experience we’ve had. Reception staff were fantastic and really professional and helpful throughout our stay same as the waiter assistants which went above and beyond to help with any requests we’ve had.

The waiter that served us when we’ve dined forgot about us and we’ve had to look for him. We were planning to order some deserts but since our waiter was no where to be seen and eventually when he turned up the kitchen was closed. I would say waiters have some work to do as they weren’t as attentive as you would’ve expected at a 5* hotel. I would say that waiter assistants were doing a much better job overall. Cleanliness wasn’t the best in term of the room, which in places was dusty and the terrace outside was covered in cobwebs which didn’t bother us much but considering we were in a 5* I wouldn’t expect dust and cobwebs. Overall an ok hotel but I wouldn’t give a 5* rating.

The staff at Snagov Club were incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. The spa facilities were really good and they made for the perfect relaxation for our son on a busy competition day. Food at the restaurant was amazing and the waiters really professional and friendly. Bogdan in particular was an excelent host.

Nothing to dislike, everything was perfect

Everything, literally this is the best place that can be for the family relax and vacation. When going to Romania, I will definitely stay here at least for 2-3 nights! Great food, feeling of luxury in every place. Great pools. Great service.

The facilities in the hotel are good.

When using the QR code to order room service food, the menu shows only salads. The menu needs to be expanded. Having placed an order, it shouldn't take hours to receive the order. While apologies are appreciated, food sooner would be better.

Good service, the room was spotless, very good quality food, spa amazing, the staff went above and beyond to make sure that everything was fine and we were happy. I would recommend the place 100% and definitely we will go again.
