The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure everything was on point. We got a free upgrade from a queen room to a king room, which was amazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable and it helped me recover quickly from a 10 hour drive. They had an extra terrace on the second floor with easy access for smokers. The hotel is pet friendly and my dog loved it as well. The restaurant, although not having a big menu, provides amazing food and service. Breakfast was top - there is a person ready to prepare fresh omelets and pancakes, coffee and fresh juice is prepared on demand and served without extra charges and not from the typical buffet machines other hotels have. Plenty of secure parking spaces available.

It looks like a popular wedding place and although the wedding hall and in general the building with the rooms are well isolated, if there are guest from the wedding staying overnight, they can get a bit noisy in the hallways. I would just avoid staying over the weekends or ask in the future upfront if there is a wedding planned.

Excellent hotel, very clean, accommodating staff, large and quiet rooms, great bathroom. We stayed in few other hotels in Timisoara, even more central ones, and we weren't exactly happy. But this hotel met and exceeded our expectations, it's just beautiful and comfortable. Room is nice and large, bathroom was great with a large walk-in shower.

The position is not great as it's bit far from city centre (not within walking distance), but we got taxi/Bolt easily to town and on our way back; 10 mins drive without worries.

Fantastic staff - can't say enough about the great service. There is a very nice pool and peaceful location and we had a late lunch by the pool, which was very pleasant. I am vegan and there was plenty of options for breakfast (vegan options for other meals were too limited, but it was not a problem as there are other places for lunch or diner. The easy and plentiful parking was a big plus. Room was very nice and comfortable.

The "smart" lighting system in the room took a bit to get used to and figure out. Plain old fashioned light switches work for us! But I'm sure the Japanese tourists love the electronic gizmos (Those who travel to Tokyo know what I'm talking about)! that said, a very minor issues, and we 100% recommend this place if you want peace and relaxation a short drive from the center.

The hotel is located in a quiet living area with family houses approximately 4 Km from the city center. A trolleybus leads dirctly from the hotel to the city center. Also it is possible to walk, but it takes app. 50 min. Taxi is prompt available, the hotel staff very supportive and extremely friendly. The breakfast is probably the best in town. I was missing nothing. If so, I am sure that the waiter would satisfy me within some minutes. There is a pool in the gardenwhich is very nice in the summer month. Also there is a spa with Jacuzzi and sauna area. Spa treatment and massages by appointment and extra cost. The hotel is not brandnew, but very well maintained and if your budget allows, I fully recommend a relaxing stay there.

I have no idea what could be better there.Everyone is giving his/her best and that you can feel.

Stunning! Beatiful clean lobby, friendly helpful staff (especially Daniel who arranged our ground transport when we landed and our driver wasn’t waiting for us, and Arun for looking after us with such kindness in the restaurant, thank-you to you both!) The rooms are clean, quiet, comfortable and modern, with remote controls for lights and curtains. The bathroom was clean & well lit with a spacious powerful shower. And the pool was just perfect!

Nothing I could fault, if we could we would have stayed longer!

All the staff was extra nice, they really make you feel welcomed, breakfast is amazing, flawless serving! All areas are super clean, they offer towels in all areas (pool, spa), spa was real! (Not a joke like I’ve seen at many other 5 start hotels) It had a great hot jacuzzi, sensorial showers, hot beds in the relaxation room, one dry and one wet sauna, hydration station and of course massage. The toiletries in the room were niche, cleaning team was awesome and the room was super elegant and with smart systems for the curtains, lights and A/C. There was a wedding in one of the nights we stayed there, and we heard NOTHING, it was super quiet and we could rest properly

We only stayed at this hotel for the weekend, but it quickly created a desire to return again. The rooms were very big and spacious. Our room faced the side street but I'm sure the rooms facing the pool are even nicer. Breakfast options were quite extensive and delicious.

The spa area is not big enough to serve many people. The hotel is located a bit outside the city, so you need to use either a taxi or your own car for transportation.

Everything! It has been nice expirience,we stayed for 3 nights with kid. Rooms are clean and comfortoble. Service is OUTSTANDING , 11 out of 10! Everybody is kind, nice, polite and ready to help 24/7, you even have driver if included in price… Food was good and tasty, spa center is nice and clean, lot of parking space.

Swiming poll is deep and very clean, but unfortunetly can’t be heated…that is only thing that we would change…

Good variety of food for breakfast; staff serving were delightful at all meals; reception staff all friendly, welcoming, efficient, they went above and beyond expectations to be of help e.g with advice on as local walk, offering free prosecco, changing money when needed, allowing a little extra time for checkout, Room was large and comfortable, brilliant large bed, electric switches on wall to open/close curtains; cleaned and maintained well; superb bathroom.shower;. easy to use safe in room; sufficient hangers for clothes; tea/coffee making facility in room. Hidden at top of hotel superb spa and massage facilities which unfortunately we did not get chance to use;. It's a brilliant wedding venue and quality and quantity of food served; ;overall cleanliness of hotel; Gardens well-kept, made for a lovely outdoor wedding ceremony .

These are all minor issues: Would have loved the outdoor pool to have been a little heated, and/or that there was an indoor pool. it would have been nice to have offered decaffeinated coffee in room and be more generous with milk (for overseas mature visitors..); Lunch/dinner menu might have included more vegetarian options; breakfast drinks need to be really hot not just warm

Breakfast had everything you could want and more. Sweet and savoury. Especially a gorgeous chocolate torte, smoked salmon, cheeses, and loads of fresh fruit and vegetables to keep you healthy while travelling

there was a kind of noisy party at one point, but it wasn't that bad. Can be nice to have male and female saunas instead of mixed as there was one naked man there and obviously didn't want to go in as a girl alone!
