I like the cleanness, I especially like the. Bathroom. Bed were comfortable

A young lady that served us at the front desk, needs customers service training. She wasn't friendly and didn't really show any reactions to my concerns. Housekeepers are excellent friendly and kept the rooms clean.

Our first one night stay was all good, two rooms together on ground floor, every room were nice, big, and tidy. THe location is great.

The two nights stay: firstly, they gave us one single room with one double bed, secondly, one standard double room with one single and one double bed, the smelly and stained fridge, rooms are not superior triple rooms as we have paid for. The single room was upgraded to the room upstairs and it was alright. We stayed for one night in the double standard room we have been given until the next morning they transferred us to the better room. They should check their system to find out about the guests bookings.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and during my stay, I unfortunately broke my foot. From the moment it happened, the staff, particularly Fou and Ben, went above and beyond to take care of me. Ben called the ambulance, gave me his crutches (!), and Fou accompanied me to the hospital and stayed with me the entire time, offering incredible support and comfort. The whole team felt like family—checking on me constantly while I was confined to my room for three days due to the injury. They also ensured I had everything I needed, from transportation to meals. I was truly amazed by the level of personal attention and care I received throughout my stay. This wasn’t just customer service; it felt like genuine compassion. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, especially if you're looking for a place where the staff genuinely care about your well-being. They turned what could have been a difficult situation into a much more manageable and even heartwarming experience.

The Wi-Fi could be improved, so it's a good idea to bring your own portable Wi-Fi or SIM card. This is common in Samoa, where Wi-Fi connections can be unreliable.

Friendly staffs and very convenient,.closer to other amenities

Daily breakfast was very filling with decent portions. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. The young guy with brown hair was nice and always accommodating to us.

The people noise outside of rooms, during the day and evenings. Lack of parking for cars on some days. No restaurant, to have meals. Very limited coffee supplies in the room. There is no cutlery in the room if we want to cut up a piece of fruit.

Room service whenever needed, just needed to hang sign on door if you wanted it or not. Friendly staff members who stops to chat with you. Security guard on site, and he is really friendly. He would ask if we needed help with any luggage daily, because we will leave in the morning and. One back late at night, just to shower and sleep. Location is right across from the market and in between 2 main big supermarkets. So you can pop out to get essentials or food.

Parking. It's more of a first serve basis. Though every time we came back to sleep, a park was available for us, lol. We just happened to be lucky.

Loved the location of the hotel and how convenient it was. The 2 bed config bedroom I had was amazing, huge, and very roomy! The housekeepers were just phenomenal - had really good laughs with them, and daily interactions were also nice. although the facilities had some renovations happening and a bit aged, it was well maintained and very clean. Check in process was fabulous from the Owners daughter who served us so sorry I don't know how to spell her name. but just so amazing.

Absolutely nothing to not like!

The room was cool, bed was comfortable. All bathroom essentials supplied, and the room was very clean! Very friendly staff at the front desk and assisted where requested. Arrived very early in the morning to the hotel, the night watchman was very happy to assist. Likewise with departure at 5.00am and early morning pick up at 2.00am. Lovely hotel and will come back again.

I enjoyed my stay, no complains .

Breakfast is okay if only we have a cafeteria for the guests to enjoy their breakfast instead of inside the room coz there's no dinning table except to sit outside the room. Location is nice but we need a bigger parking lot for the guests sometimes we don't have a parking spot. It's unfair for us guests to park on the road and we are paying for the room and to make sure our car is in good hands.

Clean and tidy, comfortable beds, fridge and microwave. Great location in the Apia city area, opposite the Fugalei market and next door to Frankie’s supermarket. Walking distance to the Fish Market.

Communication was not the best, requested shuttle from airport but we arrived and no shuttle. Taxi driver told us this hotel does not have shuttle, but yes there is a shuttle service at this property.
