The welcome is the best in Jeddah. I was shown a beautiful room by the team at reception who were better at speaking English than I am. It is without doubt the best hotel I've stayed in since 1996 in the area. The quality of service is excellent. Superb coffee on demand in a great coffee area and a great welcome drink. The room superb, well stocked, great 360 style panaramic room. The sofa and TV was great. A really fantastic team at breakfast, delicious omlettes as well as a full buffet and even more great drinks the staff in food and beverage are excellent. The place is brand new and well managed. The pool, steam room and gym were very clean and I had the space to myself. It was a great night's sleep and in the local area the food delicious. This is hidden gem, so please try keep a room available for me and my friends!

It would be great to have some plates, bowls and washing liquid in the kitchenette. It would be welcome to be able to stock the fridge for guests. The restaurant space could take on a great menu as it's a well designed space.

First I would thank the service for the respect and the big smile that they showed me on my arrival. One of the best hotels that I have entered in Jeddah in terms of luxury and arrangement, and the prices are very suitable, very clean and comfortable apartment with a big comfortable bed that I slept 10 hours completely without any feeling with time😴 They arranged us the pool and the healthclub for 1 hour as privet just for me and my family with reasonable price.

For the first time, I don’t got any problems or negatives during my stay to complain about. It was an enjoyable stay that made me want to visit again. :)

Our hotel stay was very comfortable and restful . All the staff at the hotel were amazing and very helpful. The children also enjoyed the swimming pool albeit it wasn't very large however it was big enough that they could splash around and have fun. The rooms were very clean, tidy and spacious and catered for all amenities required from a hotel. Would definitely recommend and would also use again when I go back to Jeddah.

For The toilet 🚽 I had to use a small stand to reach and it’s necessary to improve the cleaning for the shower area.

Easy access in and out with a good parking and helpful housekeepers and bellman.

Room we didn’t get what we paid for, they offered to change the room the 2nd night but after putting our bags it wasn’t easy to change … in addition one of the rooms was for handicaps we didn’t notice when they show us the rooms before we checked in and when we complained they said you saw the rooms before check in. When we asked the reception about a car to take half of the group and the bags to the airport they gave me a number to call and arrange my self without their interference.. The breakfast was horrible.. no hygiene measure what so ever .

Great apartment, great facilities, staff super helpful

The location is amazing, the staff are very friendly (all of them) especially Mr islam who was on charge when we arrived. The cleanliness of the room and the whole hotel. The variety of the breakfast and the very friendly staff in the restaurant as well. All in all it was perfect. They keep asking us if we are happy and satisfied. The washing machines room was extremely helpful.

The only thing we didn’t like is the humidity of the playing area, i hope they could find a solution because the problem could be from the infrastructure of the room.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gladiolus hotel in Jeddah for seven nights, and it was truly a delightful experience. The hotel room not only offered a high level of comfort but we were also impressed with its cleanliness and amazing staff. The level of hospitality and service was amazing. They were not only professional but also genuinely warm, welcoming and willing to assist at any time that made our stay even more enjoyable. Gladiolus hotel exceeded all our expectations and I would recommend this hotel to fellow tourists seeking place to stay in Jeddah.

The place is new and therefore everything was looking good....

Way too much perfume is being sprayed in the room to the point where i could not breathe easily. The pillows and mattress were uncomfortable. The parking and its entry way is as usual, toooo small.

One of the best hotels I’ve every stayed at and I travel a lot. From the very beginning they upgraded us to a bigger room which they had given us as a gift. We then were welcomed with Arab tea, lemon water and kajoor. The room was immaculate, modern clean and extremely comfortable. The staff I can’t compliment enough. I’m not one to write reviews as I am always in a rush but I actually wanted to go out my way and compliment them for their work. They were very friendly and welcoming. One of the staff who worked both at the breakfast bar and cafe downstairs was amazing. Felt like we had known him for years. Gave us great advise and kept us company whilst we waited for our taxi back to the airport. Overall highly recommend this place. Will definitely be visiting as a stop before I fly back when I revisit inshaAllah.
