The room was clean, spacious and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything needed, which was very much appreciated.

Although the location is relatively close in distance to the Haram, the area is not pedestrian-friendly at all. Walking to and from the Haram required crossing 2 highway forks, which felt quite dangerous. There were no proper pedestrian crossings, traffic lights, or safety measures in place to allow pedestrians to cross safely. This lack of infrastructure made every journey to the Haram stressful and inconvenient, especially for the elderly. I hope the management or local authorities address this safety concern in the future.

I got a good rate and it is very near the haram, which is the most important thing. Just cut through the Anjum Hotel. But I understood when booking that this is a budget hotel. Don’t expect frills. The facilities are very basic but clean enough. Umrah is for your spiritual connection anyway so it doesn’t matter. There was nothing that bothered me enough that I wouldn’t stay again.

Bathrooms and floors are run down. I didn’t bother with breakfast, too busy and you can’t get a table. I went down and made some sandwiches for my kids to take to the haram. If you ask for stuff like extra toilet paper etc you probably won’t get it / have to ask a few times.

The hotel is amazing as soon as you walk in. The reception area is really comfortable and the cafe is okay but overpriced. Staff are at hand to take your luggage to your room and you’re welcomed pleasantly. The rooms were really clean and extra commodities such as creams, shampoo, toothbrushes etc were provided with complimentary water bottles every day. The rooms are furnished very nicely and comfortable. House keeping was excellent and a special mention to Shakeel, who was always smiling and ready to assist. The products available at breakfast time were fresh and extremely tasty. From salads to fresh breads,to a decent hot food counter. They had shatshuka on one of the four days I was there and hard boiled eggs on the other days. Maybe this can be improved. Maybe adding a coffee machine and fresh milk for cereal and tea would be amazing. The milk provided isn’t great. Also for children, maybe more cereals would be great. The hotel is really close to masjid nabawi and away from the main entrance so easy to get into the masjid even if you’re not too early for Salah. Also exiting the masjid and returning is quick as you avoid the hustle and bustle after Salah. Overall an amazing hotel and recommended highly.

The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the courtyard of the Masjid and the extension area. The walk is slightly uphill but very doable for all people. You can cut through the parking lot in the Anjum Hotel and take the escalators down which makes the walk very easy. The hotel is clean. The quad rooms are slightly small, so there is not much space to pray but it was not a problem. The beds were very comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The cafe downstairs has nice drinks and kind staff.

The water pressure in the shower was okay, you can get by with it but it wasn’t that great. The water from the shower would also go outside of the shower section. But this is not anything that would be me off from staying at the hotel. I would highly recommend it as a good value for money option when going to Makkah.

I arrived after midnight. The check-in process went smoothly and I got a twin bed room as requested. The bedrooms are clean and spacious, facilities are adequate (there's even an iron and ironing board). The bathroom is also clean, there is a hairdryer, and apart from 1 large mirror on the wall, there are 2 small rounded mirrors on the side which can be adjusted in position and direction. Walking to Al Haram Grand Mosque only takes 7-10 minutes, while walking to Jarwal Bus Terminal takes around 15-20 minutes. All staff I encountered (receptionist, hotel porter and housekeeper) were very polite and helpful.

It's a bit on the pricey side for my pocket. Especially considering that with the price I paid, I didn't even get breakfast.

The quality of the room fittings and the food especially the chef Mohammad qasim and his colleague were very happy to serve you .

Uphill walk to the Haram would be difficult for elderly people, however taxis are available from outside of the hotel .It takes about 16 minutes to walk from the hotel to the Kabaa.

Excellent hotel if you're not looking to spend clock tower hotel prices. And not too far away. Excellent staff including cleaners. Breakfast was good however got a bit boring towards the end of our 7 day stay. About 7 to 8 minute walk to Masjid al-Haram. Excellent wifi. Plenty of lifts. Some supermarkets, gifts shops and Pakistani restaurants about 5 minutes away (walking away from Masjid al-Haram). Would stay here again. So much cheaper than the clock tower hotels.

Would be difficult for elderly and those in wheel chairs as there is a fairly steep hill to climb up when walking to Masjid al-Haram. Although you can cut through Anjum hotel and use the escalators or elevators to make things easier however you would still need to tackle half of the hill.

Location is great as it is only 5 minutes walk from new extension of the Haram. Same distance is the bus stop for FREE bus that comes from Haramain train station. Best value for money at this distance. The place is clean and breakfast is good but I can not give them higher rating for two things - the lifts are not enough for the number of users and same goes for the breakfast space where there is a big queue at the opening although things do settle down afterwards.

As I said the lifts and breakfast space can be a waiting thing

The location wasn't bad, super clean, soundproof rooms , and accibility ( elevators and in and out of parking, for example) was good.

No view from room, I think the staff could be a bit more helpful, the road from and to the Haram was challenging.

Distance is 15 mts walk not strictly advisable person for aged, because quite a big hill to reach haram area, Icouldnt walk makes me stop to take a breath. Need to pass Hotel ANJUM RECEPTION THAN PASS THROUGH WALKING ESCALATORS TO GO GROUND FLOOR to reach the road where oncoming traffic and vibrant taxis waiting for the passengers. I can see the haram area from the room if you're lucky to get one. Reception made me happy because they said I was not getting breakfast even though I paid for it Generally we need to confirm it during check-in after a long debate they are ready to give, why they did not accept it in the first instance, it happened others also, brothers pilgrims get the word from them about it, is it we are getting breakfast yes. if not you need to pay again in the restaurant.

It makes me annoyed when reception said that I was not getting breakfast whereas You selected it with breakfast, while we checked in at the hotel. I need to show my booking mentioning it, because of that I got a small room to cover the cost seems, I don't have the energy to cross-check these details.
