This is a very nice hotel I experienced. The behaviour of the staff is so friendly. The hotel facilities are very good. Room: Very clean and comfortable (10 out of 10) Cleanliness: Superb (10 out of 10) Behaviour: Staff behaviour is very responsive (9 out of 10) Washroom: Facilities are too good for users (9 out of 10 Location: Good but a little bit far from Masjid Al Haram (7 out of 10) The hotel has a prayer hall and small shops. There exists 24/7 WiFi and lift facilities. There is a Bengali restaurant (Zamzam Hotel) nearby this hotel. You can buy food from outside and take it into the hotel. The hotel is closely attached to nearby shops, money exchange and so on. Only one thing is that the hotel is a little bit far from Masjid Al Haram. Overwhelmingly, the hotel provides 24/7 bus for hotel residents to reach at nearby bus stop of Masjid Al Haram within 5-6 minutes. From this bus stoppage, you need to walk 5-6 minutes to reach Masjid Al Haram.

If you like walking then the property is 10-15mins walk to Haram and the walk is through busy shops/hotels/food raods/streets. We found safe to walk back and forth. There is hotel bus shuttle 24/7 which can tak up to 30mins but sometimew the buses are late maybe due to traffic.

They should try to put a door on shower to water is contained within

Room was nice, clean. I would say excellent. Distance to Masjid-Al-Haraam is very short taxi ride 10-20 SAR. Walking distance (time wise) is about 20 minutes.

The bathrooms were okayish. The shower stalls were a bit disappointing as each has one glass door only, and the shower floor looked like cheap cement with bad masonry.

Everything is mind blowing except location little far from Herem Sharif. They have shuttle service which is very minimum In number. They need to increase bus numbers. Besides that they need to change drop off location to King Abdul Aziz gate like others. The place they drop off, it’s up hills and hard to walk/climb. This hotel I believe mostly renowned for excellent hospitality minded staffs. Specially I would like to Thanks Mr Osman and Mr Zahir. Counter Manager warmth welcoming and helpful too. Location not far way from masjidil Haram. It can walk or shuttle bus. Room clean.

I arrived early so i tried to leave my bags at a safety room in the hotel but there wasn’t any and i had to find an alternative way to leave my bags till checkin opens

Triple Room was spacicious for a family of 4. Washroom was clean as well. Access via lift was fast, as they multiple lifts. Shuttle service between hotel and Haram is continuous around the clock, which made stay here very feasible for us.

The lobby area could tidy up a bit. When we reached hotel we expected the worse. Lots of hustle and bustle, it seemed like chaos at a fish market. There's no major food chain or food court nearby the hotel.

I will stay again in it 👍🏻

The buses services, I hope that it will be as Marriott jabal Omar buses way, service and manner. Also regarding parking manner, the asked me to collect a paper from reception and put it on the dashboard of car to prove that I am staying in hotel , it is unprofessional manner , I hope that they will consider this remarks and I will live these reforming in my next staying. Hotel itself is almost like a 4 star. Everything was nice. The beds were comfortable. And room itself is nice. The shower is okish. It does the job but it isn't exceptional (only bad thing I guess) from all the hotels I have stayed at, higher price than this, I will choose this again. I didn't try the food in the hotel as I was closer to the food courts in Haram but they do have breakfast, lunch and dinner options at reasonable prices. The main reception has a very good spacious sitting hall so good place to invite friends and have a good chat. Overall I really liked this place.

The ONLY biggest issue for me was the shuttle service. It's good don't get me wrong, but I ended up waiting almost 30 mins each time to be taken from the hotel close to Haram drop off bit and in state or iram going towards masjid Aisha to begin umrah this is extra time wasted and it drains effecting onward activities. Many times I wished I had walked it from the hotel (15 mins with good shoes on, not flip flops, but 45+ heat stopped me) maybe make this more frequent to every 15 mins? The shuttle is run by a different company, so don't see why they can't do that. Everything else is fine. I wouldn't advise anyone travelling with older family members or with young children purely because of the distance, the hotel itself is more than adequate..
