Overall my stay experience was good, the staff was professional. Parking slot available for parking car. All basic needs were available, in room. Perfect place to stay here with family. Haram bus services also available, but little need to wait for bus, from hotel to haram 8 no buss is more feasible & ease access.

For food less choices are available.

The hotel staff were absolutely brilliant, with special mention to the Egyptian receptionist and the Bengali team member who assisted me during check-in. In fact, all the staff were exceptionally helpful and professional, which truly stood out as the best aspect of this hotel. Their behaviour left a lasting impression on me. If you’re planning to stay for Umrah, while the location may not be the most ideal, the affordable rates make it a practical choice, especially if you’re willing to use cabs. For me, it was great value for money, and the peace of mind I had leaving my belongings at the hotel made it even better. It all depends on your preferences, but I found it to be a worthwhile option. BTW, they gave me a good room with a nice view - so another reason to thank them!

I The experience was brilliant, especially considering it’s not a 5-star hotel and I didn’t pay a huge price. There’s really nothing to complain about—even the fact that it’s not next to Haram isn’t an issue when you look at the price they charge. Honestly, there’s nothing negative to say; it’s a great value-for-money option. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations, given the cost.

First of all, I loved the view of Clock Tower from my room. Above all the folks at reception were great and cheerful. I loved how big the room is for 1 person. The hotel is very close to "Al Mansour 57 Bus" station. You can take No3 Bus then switch to No 12 or 10 to Terminal 1 which is near Anjum Hotel or You can use the Service of Al Rabeh Hotel :)

The Hotel did not have Shuttle Service to Haram. You should take a walk of 30 min or use public transport or Al Rabeh Hotels Shuttle service.

We had to book the hotel in a hurry due to another hotel cancelling on us, but it turned out to be an amazing decision. The hotel is located far from Haram yes, but its amazing value for money. The rooms are spacious and the facilities are top notch.

Only issue is that the Masjid al Haram is a bit away, but reachable by taxi in 15 riyal. The hotel only lacks a shuttle service which would be a great addition.

Hafla bus to Haram

I liked everything about this hotel, very good staff, clean rooms and etc… The price is very reasonable and is close to the haram. You can find restaurants and groceries next to the hotel. I wil recommend people to consider this hotel when they going to Umrah and hajj.

They should consider adding breakfast service and include in the rent money.

It was overall good. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Facilities are also good. The location is good but now they are busy with roadworks so it's a bit harder to get to the Mosque at the moment

It need more attention for cleaning. It was clean but not sparkling clean.

Impressive hospitality; great management; reasonable price and good amenities. While not a walking distance to Mekkah, it is extremely easy and cheap to catch a taxi in less than one minute at anytime (day or night). They are so flexible to change your room if you happen to not like the one reserved for you. Mr. Tamir (the hotel manager) will greet and treat you like a family member. I’m so grateful for his hospitality, sincerity, and help!!! I was initially planning to only stay for 3 nights. Given the hospitality I extended for additional 3 nights.

Maybe a work desk and a chair, and darker intransparant curtains while they are not big deal anyway.
