* We were allowed early check-in, at no additional cost. * Location is ok, though it might be a bit steep for people over 50 and people on wheelchairs. * For the price, it was a good value for money. * Many shops and restaurants near the hotel. You even have sellers outside the hotel, on the pavement with cheap products. * Lifts were good, with very short waiting time. * Housekeeping boys were friendly and helpful. * Secure booking as payment was effected at arrival and no need for prepayment.

* The shuttle service bus drivers need some training as they were not very professional, borderline rude. * Bathrooms are a bit smelly. Open bathrooms mean water everywhere (but they do provide a floor wiper with a stick). * Cleanliness in the rooms should be improved. * There was a bit of a language barrier.

Location from Haram is 1 Km. Check in process is really fast though all the staff speaks only Arabic. Some good restaurants are on the walking distance. Hotel also have their own resturant and praying area. Value for 9money for group people. Some rooms they provide 4 single beds .

Need to provide shaving kit .

Near to Haram, about 10 - 12 minutes walking, clean nice room & toilet, bathrobe, bath sponge, shampoo, kettle, tea & coffee were all available in the room. Reception staff was very helpful and cooperative, many thanks to Ahmed, Mohamed Al Harby, and special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Fakhry, will definitly come back Inshaa Allah

The hotel is close to the Haram and the room has everything you need from toiletries and a coffee and tea corner. The hotel is clean and the staff is very cooperative, especially the Egyptian manager who has great experience in dealing with customers I thank you all.

Hospitality of all staff, its very very clean and comfortable, not noisy. It's my frist time and in shaa Allah will not be he last ,so its 9/10 recommended

The only thing realy I doesn't like the guy at the small store inside hotel 1- his attitude 2- he refused to let me buy with shabaka and asking only for cash

Good facilities, neat and clean room. We stayed for 4 days. The management and other staff were very friendly. I would prefer to stay again. 12 minutes to haram for young people (although a bit steep).

It was more better if wheel chairs have been in good conditions .

except the TIME OF CHEK-OUT very bad and they must focus about this,, Cox iF A PERSON GO TO HARAM FOR PRAYING so 20 mints walking for return then paking so chek out must be 2pm to 3 pm & Bangali Receptionist was RUDE ATTITUDE

I arrived early morning before the check in time & they were able to accommodate my request and allocated room before check in time.

Nothing as such, location is walkable distance but given the steep towards Makkah might be issue for elderly to take a walk

The check-in time was in the afternoon. But we arrived before the check-in time and the Staff and manager were so gentle they did not ask us to wait until check-in time. They provided us the room as we arrived on availability of room.

1) Clean rooms and toilets. 2) Early check-in. 3) They came for room service everyday. 4) More than enough towels and toiletries. 5) Provision of coffee, tea, sugar, and kettle for hot water. 6) Very cheap compared to offered service.
