* We were allowed early check-in, at no additional cost. * Location is ok, though it might be a bit steep for people over 50 and people on wheelchairs. * For the price, it was a good value for money. * Many shops and restaurants near the hotel. You even have sellers outside the hotel, on the pavement with cheap products. * Lifts were good, with very short waiting time. * Housekeeping boys were friendly and helpful. * Secure booking as payment was effected at arrival and no need for prepayment.

* The shuttle service bus drivers need some training as they were not very professional, borderline rude. * Bathrooms are a bit smelly. Open bathrooms mean water everywhere (but they do provide a floor wiper with a stick). * Cleanliness in the rooms should be improved. * There was a bit of a language barrier.

I was granted an early check in, the staff demonstrated professionalism with a blend of hospitality. Trekking back from haram is much easier; especially during rush hours when transportation is scarce. In summary it's a wonderful place to stay 🙂

I like everything about this facility.

Location from Haram is 1 Km. Check in process is really fast though all the staff speaks only Arabic. Some good restaurants are on the walking distance. Hotel also have their own resturant and praying area. Value for 9money for group people. Some rooms they provide 4 single beds .

Near to Haram, about 10 - 12 minutes walking, clean nice room & toilet, bathrobe, bath sponge, shampoo, kettle, tea & coffee were all available in the room. Reception staff was very helpful and cooperative, many thanks to Ahmed, Mohamed Al Harby, and special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Fakhry, will definitly come back Inshaa Allah

The hotel is close to the Haram and the room has everything you need from toiletries and a coffee and tea corner. The hotel is clean and the staff is very cooperative, especially the Egyptian manager who has great experience in dealing with customers I thank you all.

Hospitality of all staff, its very very clean and comfortable, not noisy. It's my frist time and in shaa Allah will not be he last ,so its 9/10 recommended

The only thing realy I doesn't like the guy at the small store inside hotel 1- his attitude 2- he refused to let me buy with shabaka and asking only for cash

The property was near to Masjid Al Haram . Very good location . Had bus facilities half hour before each prayer . The staff was very kind. I recommend to all people if travelling with families.

It isn’t too close to Haram but not very difficult to walk. Every time while walking towards Haram, we were offered free taxi ride from passing by taxis.

Looks bit run down (doesn’t mean unclean) but this is what you get at this price and location

Good facilities, neat and clean room. We stayed for 4 days. The management and other staff were very friendly. I would prefer to stay again. 12 minutes to haram for young people (although a bit steep).

It was more better if wheel chairs have been in good conditions .
