staff were very accommodating and very nice - especially abdullah, the bengali brother who helped clean our rooms. the hotel was very clean and the beds were super comfortable and anything i ever needed was sorted.

a bit overpriced for where it is. the hill to that hotel is a killer especially around mid day prayer times. i’m a young guy with good knees alhamdullilah but that hill killed me off completely. the hotel is fairly close to the haram but the area to pray or even where everything is like the clock tower is fairly far. besides that, very good.

All staff were excellent and amazing. Customer service is fantastic. Rooms are very clean. Comfy bed and pillows. Good powerful shower. Breakfast was great. Bell boy was very helpful. There was always someone at the lifts to help.

Reception was understaffed, although staff did their best but they struggled with the large volumes of guests, the hotel needs to employ more staff at front desk. Check-in took ages. And while we waited, there were very few seats at reception lobby. Location is uphill, it's a struggle for elderly guests to walk up from Al-Haram, and the entry road occasionally gets closed for traffic. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes for Uber to be allowed into the street.

Clean rooms, very cooperative staff, warm welcome. Near to Harm 700 yards. Afternoon greeting with traditional tea and dates. Room service good. Good restaurant.

The link bridge is currently closed due to the Harm extension. Although 700 yards but return to hotel is on a uphill so elderly may find it bit challenging. Road is very crowded at prayer times especially Thursday afternoon and Friday, real struggle to reach hotel. Hotel entrance will be opposite to the one of main entrance of the Haram, once the extension is complete.

Great breakfast room very comfortable and calm and special thanks for Mr Abd el Alim I think this what I saw in his shirt He was very serious in changing what supposed to be changed and always asking if there any tithing else to do the other One was I think Mohammed or Amin

Suppose to have a sign at the street wall because the first night I walk the whole street to discover the exit to the hotel I liked the stay there I hope next time I bring my whol family with me

There’s a hill to get to and from this hotel, avoid this hotel if you are travelling with elderly or disabled persons. Going up this hill 10 times a day for 5 Salahs is very hard. Especially If anyone is on a wheel chair.

Property is super clean, so nice and close but it’s a little bit of climbing. So not a good choice for older people

Excellent courteous staff and the room amenities were superb.

There's no parking in or near the hotel. You have to drive at least two kilometers to a shady, unpaved, un-guarded dusty neighborhood to park their car for free and hope no one would damage your car. You must wait and be ready to take 15-30 riyal taxi each way to drop your car there and come back to the hotel. And repeat the same process in reverse when checking out. There should be a hotel shuttle service between parking spots and the hotel. If you are new, you must be ready to get lost finding the parking, even with Google Maps. Also, the access to Haram is not very comfortable or safe due to long-term closing of the pedestrian walkway. You must walk along the traffic on a narrow shoulder, hoping no one would crush you under their vehicle.

Lots of lifts, perfect location for masjid al haram and great staff - especially Yasir on the front desk. Wonderful and efficient.

Breakfast was mediocre

Overall the stay was good. Haram is not far from here and it is the expansion side so less crowding. The cleaning staff was excellent. Especially Uzzal Hosen who was very helpful and thorough in cleaning the rooms whenever we asked. I felt comfortable asking him because he did a good job.

There is a hill you have to climb which can get difficult for older people especially if you come and go for each salah. They are building a bridge to make it easier to reach the haram, but it is not finished as of yet.
