if you want you can get free bus to Haram from infront of hotel but you have to cross the road. because bus is another side and straight go to haram in 15 minutes but bus goes to the other side of haram, there you need to walk 15 minutes or 10 minutes for entering the haram. keep in mind free bus service is from Saudi government not from hotel. by taxi you need to pay 5 to 10 for going time and returning time taxi drivers take 30 , 25 sometimes 50riyals. specially in ramadan taxi drivers are crazy and want to get all money from visitors Taxi Pakistani Drivers charge 100 riyals, they are crazy there in the period of Ramadan Bangladeshi Drivers are little lower in prices but still you have to pay more and more when you want to go to the hotel. for hotel road you can say, i have to go the 6th road for my hotel (Saudi language, shahra sitteen hotel coral)

- the room is comfortable and spacious - the staff is polite and helpful - the lounge area is quite with security presence 24 hours - the hotel is near to several fast food outlets for a quick bite (McDonalds, Al Baik, etc) - the hotel is located on the main road and easy to get public transportation. Makkah Bus stop No. 39 (Umm Al Qurah) opposite the hotel provides free ride to Al-Haram. There is also Makkah Bus stop no. 37 few metres from hotel that goes to Masjid Ayesha. Can get taxi easily around SAR25-50 one way to Al Haram. 24 hours availability. Makkah Haramain High Speed Train Station is only 4 minutes drive away (by taxi around SAR10)

- the staff is polite but I think they could benefit from some general information regarding the Makkah Bus as the area is outside of Al-Haram. I have to find out the information on my own. It would be helpful to visit www.makkahtransit.sa to plan your route. The Makkah Bus is free and very comfortable (they might charge in the future as I saw there is an non-operating payment terminal). For me, the bus is a good option as the taxi tends to charge exorbitantly especially during peak hours. Also safer if you are travelling alone. - as many reviewed here, there is only one towel in the room. I also find that they did not replenish used toiletries/ change the towels. - no ironing and laundry service. You can send it to a laundry nearby but it will take some time.

Although the hotel is slightly far from Masjid Al Haram, approximately 2.5 km, the overall experience was wonderful. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. Additionally, the private shuttle service/taxi to Masjid Al Haram was punctual and convenient, making it easy to attend prayers.

We had 2 nights booking. Hotel is very good, clean and decent. We had got room on 11th floor road side view, it was amazing!!! Bus stop is just opposite to hotel, you can easily get it and travel to and fro from haram. By bus its 5 mins, though it doesnt exactly stop at haram so it requires walking also.

The worst thing about my stay at the hotel was the FOOD!!!. We had lunch for 87 sr and it was so disgusting not even worth to pay for it. I would really request to upgrade the food quality or get food from some better place because our food was definitely not cooked inside.

Best place to stay .. comfortable- welcoming - super clean and very cooperative staff and excellent house keeping out of crowded places Location is great plus point near to train station in 7 minutes by car non rush hours and Al haram 14 minutes due to construction work on going prefers to go by cab service Kareem Nearby at 2 minutes walking distance is Mac Donald And eating outlets with convenience store as well Bus stop is nearby the store for local commute in Makkah city … go by the right side of the road and keep walking on seteen road , stroll around will have lot of shopping options clothing samema, gazzaz for perfumes , opticians and gold shops with cosmetic shops in line .. banks / atm also there . The staff is very cooperative, at reception Mr Abdur Rahman is swift to check in - guide and answer queries , very professional keep it up . Place is spotless , clean and Enterance is nicely decorated with lobby area to sit on two floors gives spacious feel Rooms are spacious , with adequate amenities Food is in room service from 9.-am till 5- pm House keeping gives assistance quickly if ironing is required or room accessories Highly recommended for visitors if they want to have hassle free umrah journey with peace of mind Goodluck to managerial team of hotel and thank you for a wonderful stay

The receptionists and security employees are collaborative and kind. The parking is suitable. You can reach Al-Haram by taking the free public bus or a 10-minute taxi ride. There are also some restaurants located nearby.

Nothing serious, only the beds are too soft.

Nice and clean hotel. Location is good with services arround, restaurants and markets. Not too far from Haram, but with crowded roads in Ramadan you feel that it is too far. But it's Ok for the money value at that time. Better to have shuttle bus to Haram.

King bed is not a king bed, it's actually 2 twin beds stuck together with 2 twin mattreses. You can't sleep in the middle of the bed. Room service are not done automatically, you have to call. But I think may be of Ramadan time everything is too crowded. I did not try to call as I did not need.
