Stay was pleasant the reception guy was humble enough to give us the check in earlier than the estimated time

Location is close to harram, good stores next to the hotel with good prices for gifts, there is a bus. But it takes up to 20 to go to Harram by bus because it is on a one-way road, and the buses serve the rest of al deafa group hotels. Sometimes you have to walk to Haram, it takes 3o mins to reach gate 79 for umra. And around 15-20 mins to reach the extension,

walking from the bus stop to harram is somehow hard because the road is not on a horizontal level. The room is somehow small, but cost benefit it's great value of money

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. I want to give a special mention to Osman Gani Mulluk, the room attendant. He was extremely professional, friendly, and always made sure my room was clean and well-stocked with everything I needed. His attention to detail and warm attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Osman, for your excellent service! Highly recommended — I will definitely stay here again!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean. Location is very good given the price. There’s a bus stop in front of the hotel where you can take a bus for 4 SAR and go to Taneem for Ehram

There’s a transportation stop exactly in front of the hotel and the drivers are using microphones nonstop to announce their trips. I couldn’t sleep all the night the first night in the hotel but after that I asked the staff to change the room for me to the other side of the hotel and they were very collaborative and I could sleep deeply 😁

The property was good location was ok not much far from haram there was a free bus who takes to the haram but you have to wait alot for that bus...on taxi they charge 20sr from haram to hotel...staff was good and cooperative room was clean..the only problem that place was too noisy coz there is a bus station outside even closed windows you can hear the noise...but u can take bus easily for Jeddah Madina Damam or masjid e aisha from the bus station which is in front of the hotel..i stayed two days more and i payed them in cash...

I had the reservation in riyadh but they called me last minute to transfer the reservation to amjad el deafah and it was very nice and clean

At first I didn’t understand the timings of the buses or the pick up location from haram because sometimes the buses drops off to a near spot to the haram and sometimes when the roads are closed they drop you off in the bus stop which is 8-10 minutes walking to the haram

It was commutable by walking to the haram in about 10-15 minutes. Taxis for Masjid Ayesha and Medina were also abundantly available, as well as a bus station within walking distance.

Noisy atmosphere as buses had put loudspeakers to attract passengers even at a very late time at night.

The facilities were satisfactory, with meticulous attention to detail and the provision of all necessary amenities.

One of the rooms was slightly smaller than expected. The hotel does provide a shuttle service to the Haram, however, it is not always available. Fortunately, the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Haram.
